My Media Memories Avaliações

I've been so pleased with the service from Lam at My Media Memories. It was only two weeks between my first enquiry email to receiving the final files on USB sticks and I was delighted with the quality of footage recovered from old VHS tapes. Lam was informative and helpful with quick responses at every step, and revised the original quote after discovering some footage that I wouldn't be interested in having digitised (old recordings of t.v. programmes...). He also repaired a broken tape and some damaged audio at no extra cost, and provided tracking information for the final USB sticks. I'm very happy and have enjoyed showing my family these old videos; if we discover any more in the attic I'll definitely be returning to Lam!

Excellent service and quality with great communication from Lam. I had nowhere to store almost 1000 photos and 20 old videos from my parents home but too sentimental to let go. Theyre now all in order on one hard drive that can be shared with the family. Would certainly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Really lovely, helpful and at a great price! Managed to completely restore photos that our miniature dachshund had savaged.

Lam was an absolute star. I found him online and was impressed by his speed and efficiency as well as the quality of the service. My photos look absolutely amazing and I am so glad I went with my media memories ! I honestly could not recommend him enough 10/10

Excellent service, delighted with the results of my slides being converted to digital images. Seamless service, would highly recommend!

Fantastic personal service from Lam, I had 10 dvi tapes from over 20 years which Lam digitised keeping the HD quality to a very high standard and bringing back some great memory’s. I was sent a sample by email first which was a nice touch, very impressed and will be certainly digging out more tapes.

Great service from beginning to end. Great communication, delivery and product. It was great to have a clear out and get rid a box of photos and have them transferred to a memory stick. All photos look great. The process was easy with My Media Memories.

The quality of the work was very good and prompt. Lam's communication and reassurance about receipt of slides, dispatch etc. went way beyond my expectations.

I would just like to thank Lam for the beautiful photo of my friend that he restored. The service was excellent and very professional. Thank you once again. I would highly recommend Media Memories.

Wow, what a service. My granddad finally got to have a picture with the famous and his beloved Anfield sign, and wouldn't you know it, the photographer (not me!) only went and cut the sign in half! You wouldn't know it though after some expert handy work from My Media Memories. If you think it can't be done, it's still worth asking the question. Highly recommended.

I had a badly damaged photo and contacted My Media Memories for advice.
I cannot stress how helpful Lam from the company was.
I sent a screenshot of my photo, we then discussed the possible outcome, I posted it to him and the next day he sent an email including my revamped photo for my approval!
It was unbelievable how quickly he repaired it.
He is professional, courteous and certainly knows what he is doing-I do not hesitate in recommending him and My Media Memories

I posted 77 slides to Lam, all old, many dating back to the 1960s. Within a couple of days I received a small selection of photos to review and less than a week after posting, all 77 have been returned as high resolution, repaired and enhanced pictures on a memory stick along with the original boxes of slides. I am so delighted with the results and with the outstanding service from Lam.

The customer service is fantastic and with a friendly and helpful approach. I needed some very old photos enhanced and put onto a USB stick together with some later photos enhanced, especially the colour.
This was all done and posted back to me within a few days.
I have had prints done and am delighted with the results.
I would highly recommend this service and would certainly use it again.

Accurate reproduction / customisation and double timed on each raised requirement.
Complete within 48hs.
Great value.

My lovely Dad passed away 2 years ago and he was a keen photographer. We wanted to preserve our many childhood memories that had been captured over the years. I came across My Media Memories after lots of searching. I not only wanted someone who had the skills to digitalise photos and slides, but who would also treat our precious memories with care. Lam did just that, I can only reiterate what others have said, he was kind and thoughtful and did a great job. He kept us informed every step of the way. The turnaround was really quick and he made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend My Media Memories. Thank you!

Great service was really pleased with my slides which had been converted into digital images which looked amazing. Very efficient and friendly would definitely recommend

Lam is incredibly kind and helpful. He restored a very badly damaged, sentimental photo for us incredibly well. It looks so much better than I could have even hoped for. As well as being skilful and completing the job to a very high standard, it was very clear how much it means to Lam to do the very best job for us, his customer. Lam provides a very reasonably priced service and will go the extra mile and be kind. We will be returning as customers. Steven Kenyon

Great service, really quick, personal and responsive I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Great communications from Lam
Fast efficient service
Cost effective and fast turn around

I received a fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Lam stayed in touch throughout the process of converting slides into digital photos, showed me examples to check that I was happy with the result, and managed to enhance some of the darker, poorer quality slides. Given that many of the slides dated from the 1960s and 1970s, he managed to produce very impressive results
