I mentioned that my door had broken in a post on the Birdbuddy Facebook page. I was given the information to contact customer service. A week later, I had a new door for my feeder. Awesome customer service from their team!

I’m very frustrated because BB is choosing what birds are interesting and ignoring some birds. I have watched Blue Jays and my favorite bird, the Rose Breasted Grosbeak come to the feeder and yet the BB chose not to film them! It should film all birds, only I should be able to decide who to ignore! I expect better when I’m paying a subscription! I should’ve checked around for other feeders! There are some with no subscription that have better reviews! I’m so mad, I’d like my money back!

I have not had any feedback yet so cannot give you a good review. My hummingbird feeder is still not recognizing and taking pictures. I see the hummingbird at the feeder but nothing is recorded on bird buddy. My streaming is working and my battery is fully charged. I still need help. thank you

I had great help explaining everything I needed help with. Only thing I suggest, is raising your chat bar up a little. It's barely on the screen, and hard to find.

The customer service is incredible. I had an issue with the new birdbuddy for hummingbirds. My order was delivered to the wrong address and the USPS wasn’t able to recover it. After an email and a couple of days my new birdbuddy was in route, with another carrier.

The online correspondence was amazing. Quick to assist. Even more so getting me my replacement part. Bring on the first again this year! No so much the squirrels..ugh cute, funny but totally killed my feeder. With the fast response times..we r back in business. Thank you!

I have an older Bird Buddy Bird Feeder Model. The Camera has not worked for over a year while I awaited Bird Buddy to send me a new Solar Roof. Upon receiving it I attempted to restart the camera after I deleted the app from my cell phone. I tried to re charge the camera using a new ATT USB C Cable to USB C Cable and a new adapter. No LED Light. I have the Camera serial Number. 00000260665. I have made repeated attempts to contact customer support at the company, but they have refused to answer me.

I love being able to see my hummingbirds but, I don't feel I should have to pay an annual fee to receive all the benefits the feeder has to offer.
On the other hand, customer service was extremely helpful when I was missing a piece and they got it to me in a very reasonable amount of time.
