Really miss the Bird Buddy phone support!
It took a while to resolve my issue, but it all worked out just fine in the end.
When I asked a question online, I was inundated with self-help assistance, not always easy to comprehend. I definitely needed to speak with a live agent to explain my unique issue. I was eventually able to email a live agent and my issue was resolved.
My issue would have been resolved much quicker speaking with a live agent.
I miss the Bird Buddy phone support!!

Changing WiFi Connection
I changed WiFi servers and had to reconnect my Bird Buddy. I could not have done it without chat! It was showing the camera had no charge, but once connected to the new WiFi, it showed 98% charged!

I love
I love, love my BirdBuddy. The solar panel is a great attachment and easily charges the camera. The camera takes beautiful, clear photos and videos. I had to email the company because I accidentally threw out the hanger. They quickly and politely replaced it for me and sent it out free of charge. The company is quality and the product is quality. You wont be disappointed. Get one! So much fun!

Outcome was great. Took 4-5 people and days to solve the problem, but my replacement Bird Buddy is up and running.

Best customer service ever
Both the translucent panels on our Bird Buddy feeder cracked due to age. I contacted customer service and in no time I received new replacement parts, free of charge. Very responsive and prompt shipping. They are the Gold standard in customer service.

Great Customer Service in Time of Need
After multiple bear and squirrel attacks, and four destroyed feeders, our camera finally died. We solved the smashed bird feeder problem by switching to a metal feeder, but we really missed the videos and postcards. I explained our situation and we were delighted that our broken camera was replaced with a new one. We are now once again enjoying our Birdbuddy camera, and are very happy with the support we received.

Camera Not Charging
My camera would not charge. I reached out for help. After following the troubleshooting plan, I was able to reconnect. I am back in the birdwatching business again!

Customer satisfaction!
The wind blew down my Bird Buddy feeder and broke several parts of it. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy the parts to fix it. They had me send some photos of it and the next thing I found out is they were sending me the parts at no charge!
What a great product and great customer service and support! These guys were so terrific!!

What makes Bird Buddy great is the wonderful customer service. The wildlife here over the years have been tough on my birdbuddy. And although the camera has never been damages, many of the plastic parts of the feeder have been. Bird Buddy has always helped me by replacing them. I got another BB for my birthday this year so now I have 2! I love them.
