Just a few concerns, but do like the Bird Buddy
First of all, I do love the Bird Buddy. One of the complaints I had was that it did not come with the 4 screw needed. They seem to be very specific. I tried to contact Bird Buddy and ended up with some emails. They did respond to my emails and they were very responsive with my concern. I ended up getting the extended perch and it did come with 4 screws. I will admit they were very hard to screw into the "house." Although, my son said he had no problem with that on his. Another concern was that I couldn't find any instruction to remove the film covering the solar panel. I did write that I suggested adding a small tab to the film indicating to remove film. An email advised me to remove it. I also use a different spout to pour the seed into the back. The container provided is not the best spout. I am only writing my concerns if it helps others or Bird Buddy to consider.

Customer service is top notch. Lost the pole mount for my feeder so I contacted them wishing to purchase one. Was very happy when their representative said she was shipping one out, no charge to me. Proves to me that Birdbuddy is an A+++ company

After camera broke, received a new replacement
When my Bird Buddy camera stopped working, I put a ticket in asking how to buy a new camera without the feeder. Instead, the friendly customer service wrote back, and with a few questions, asked me to send back the broken camera while they sent me a replacement camera for free. Everyone was very friendly, the service was fast, and my new camera is up and running well.

Excellent customer support with genuine care
Excellent customer support every time I've been in touch. Every single person who is interacted with me has been polite and friendly and gone to great efforts to understand what the issue is and then worked hard to correct him. When it's been handed over to different people, they have always read the notes and picked up so I haven't had to keep re-explaining and they have resolved every issue every time. I really get the impression that they all care and work hard to help their customers. Thank you!
