What can I say. An absolutely marvellous company from start to finish. I was slightly nervous with our trip to Canada and Alaska as we were doing so much and there were lots of different check ins and meeting points for various excursions but My Canada Trips documentation and instruction was first class so we knew exactly where to go, where to meet, where to check in on what days and what times. The instructions were precise, easy to follow and basically idiot proof which was a blessing for me! The itinerary was fabulous and from the day I booked the holiday to the day we landed My Canada Trips have been incredibly helpful and on the ball. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and would highly advise anyone looking for a top class holiday to use this wonderful company.

Thank you to My Canada for organising the fantastic holiday that we have just had, and also for the flexibility and arranging those extras experiences that we wanted so we could get the most out of the holiday. We will look forward to going back to Canada in the future and we will most certainly be arranging it through you.

I was so lucky to come across the amazing team of MyCanada. Cheryl did the itinerary with more suggestions & tweaks to my initial ideas. Everything ran like clockwork. The local tour companies looked after us with such care & friendliness. I had a query with one of the stops, within 12hours I received a phone call sorting it out. I cannot find enough superlatives to say how much this trip was enjoyed….simpy the best!

We recently paid for our upcoming trip and asked for the airline fee to be paid straight away to enable us to book our seats in advance and this was done incredibly quickly. Every contact I have had with customer service has been exceptional. I can't thank Laura (I'm sorry I think this was the name) enough for sorting out a problem we had paying for our seats. Brilliant and very responsive company to deal with.

We had a fabulous holiday in Canada we were very pleased with all aspects of our trip from the initial phone call to the fabulous trip on the Rocky Mountaineer thank you Kelsey for getting us the Gold leaf service. As it was our 50th anniversary it was very special xx

Superb 19 day trip to Canada planned and executed by My Canada. Fantastic Land excursions , Alaska Cruise and Rocky Mountaineer Train all planned and booked without any issues.
We Had no idea how vast and varied Canada is and how exciting and welcoming it is, but My Canada organised everything to perfection and it all ran seamlessly, from Air to Sea Land and cruise

Great help planing the trip from Cheryl. Worked out cheaper than building the same package ourselves. Will use MCT again for our next trip. Only gripes were the check in time for a few of our accommodations were incorrect - in one case two hours earlier than the hotel actually allowed check in which screwed our plans a little that day. Also WHY OH WHY DO THEY USE AVIS CAR HIRE as preferred provider at YYC? We waited two hours to collect our car on 2nd Sept after arriving from LHR, which put a sour taste on the journey and didn't really leave us in a frame of mind to enjoy our first night. Next time would rather collect car the next day from a downtown location.

We had a great holiday in Canada and Alaska to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. From the start Kelsey put together our trip to include everything we expressed we would like to see yet leaving us some time to explore on our own. Would highly recommend My Canada Trips to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful country.

We had a fabulous holiday.
Flew into Calgary, transferred to Banff, a few days here with two wonderful excursions. Rocky Mountaineer for two days with stop over at Kamloops and on to Vancouver for a few days.
Next onto a Celebrity cruise up to Alaska taking in Sitka, Juneau and Ketchikan.
For us this trip was a year in the planning and these guys supported me throughout. No matter what stupid or even obvious questions I had they were right there.
I like to be planned, ahead of the game with all t's crossed and it's dotted.
These guys delivered.
Everything was seamless, throughout and without exception.
Hotels provided were excellent and very central.
Excursions were simply superb.
All transfers there and on time.
I genuinely didnt experience a fault nor even find a 'nit picky' criticism of the service provided.
This was our present to ourselves for our 10th anniversary. Your organisation and attention to detail really helped to make it special.

MY CANADA TRIPS

My husband and I went on our first trip to Canada in September this year. It was absolutely brilliant. We did a multi centre trip and did not have any problems at all. We can not thank My Canada Trips enough! What a fantastic experience, so well organised, we will definitely be returning and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Right the way through from the original booking we have had to make multiple queries where the finer details had not been sorted correctly such as internal transfers where you recommend just to get the xpress train with all of our luggage from the airport to the hotel which would have been a disaster therefore we had to sort this ourselves
It has not left us with the confidence to rebook with yourselves or recommend you as a company
The change of hotel in Banff was extremelly disappointing and of alot poorer standard in short nothing more than a hostel for which we are still waiting for a promised small compensation
Again from Vancouver back to the airport we had to find our own transport. When we originally booked with yourselves we did so thinking we were going to have a stress free holiday all planned out for us which has definately not been the case

WOW, What an amazing trip our Canada Tour & Alaska cruise was, put together by Kelsey. From the moment we stepped aboard our WestJet flight at Gatwick, in premium economy, (well worth the upgrade), arriving in Calgary then on to Banff and our first stop, we did a small group tour of Banff taking in Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka and the Gondola ride, it was then unto Lake Louise, Jasper National park, Bow Lake & Athabasca Glacier, such a well put together trip, all the hotels along the way were well up to standard, we then had two days on the Rocky Mountaineer, in Gold Service, (how do they get such superb food from such a small kitchen) really great views from the glass dome windows, and a great way to get from Jasper to Vancouver, joining our Holland America cruise for Alaska, stopping at Juneau,& Skagway before cruising in Glacier Bay where we saw a glacier calving, WOW, next stop was the highlight of the cruise when we stopped at Ketchikan, where we were lucky enough to see the Salmon run and 12 bears hunting the Salmon,( I wish I could put videos and pictures in this review) it's a wonderful sight, but a hard life if your a Salmon.
Vancouver is such a lovely city and it was just a short stroll from the cruise ship to the Skyway for the short trip back to the airport.

Right from the first contact My Canada Trips were amazing.Kelsey helped us plan our trip of a lifetime and then booked everything for us. During the holiday our trip on the Rocky Mountaineer was cancelled due to forest fires and Richard was fantastic, keeping us informed of the changes,rearranging hotels, flights and car hire so that we could carry on and enjoy the rest of the holiday. We had a fantastic time despite the cancellation and it was stress free because of the help of this brilliant team. Thank you so much!

From the initial contact the whole experience has been amazing.
The itinerary that was put together was very good and worked extremely well throughout the holiday.

Documents first class
The only downside was the hotel in Banff was a bit dated. Having said this the other two hotels you found us were fantastic and it did not spoil our holiday of a lifetime.
Rocky mountaineer train was amazing.

Very easy to deal with throughout the booking process. Julie was very patient with all our questions and requests for changes to our itinerary and put together a package that included all that we’d asked for. Compared to other companies we spoke to, My Canada Trips offered great value for money.
The trip itself went very smoothly, all connections and tours worked as they should - with the exception of one which was an issue with the tour company, not My Canada Trips, but which in any event was easily resolved with a couple of phone calls.
All in all we had a brilliant holiday and would recommend My Canada Trips for anyone considering a trip to Canada.

We received a courteous and attentive service throughout our dealings with My Canada Trips. Vicky sorted us a fantastic agenda totally tailored to our wishes. Whenever any changes to schedule were required, such as airlines changing flight times or, indeed forest fires and road closures mid holiday, the company were promptly in touch to resolve the situation satisfactorily. The whole experience was amazing. There was always someone to help with any quieries before travelling. The Westjet flight and Canadream who provided the RV couldn't have been better.

It was brilliant trip, a real holiday of a lifetime. There were a couple of niggles but they didn't detract from the holiday. The first was that we received a voucher for a taxi transfer from our hotel to the airport for our move to our second destination but nothing was arranged for our initial arrival. Having been awake for over 24 hours it would have been nice to have the transfer to our hotel already sorted. The hotels were in great locations, comfortable and clean. The day trips we took, wild life tours, whale watching , glacier visit and niagra were generally well organised and a fantastic experience, particularly in Jasper. Our only other niggle was that the pickup for one of the day trips was from a different location than our hotel, this was the only time it was different and the information was not in our itinerary but buried in all the other information so we missed. We were able to do it the following day so it was resolved easily. We would definitely use again.
