This is the worst experience I have had in my many dealings with online retail outlets. DONT DONT order from these people they are totally untrustworthy and their blurb is total crap ! You cannot get a refund no mater how you try . They have over $500 of mine. Their advertising is misleading and false and delivery promises are just a joke. DONT make the same mistake I did....find another supplier !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a deceitful dropshipping company that does not have a warehouse in Auckland. The emails received are AI and therefore do not address your concerns over delays, rather using handy Middle East reasons to deflect responsibility. This company's conduct raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the claims made on the website and in the order confirmation. Advertising that creates a misleading impression about stock availability, dispatch location, or delivery times is a serious matter under New Zealand consumer law. I have managed to receive a refund, but only after proposing escalation to the New Zealand Commerce Commission. Their comment on Trust Pilot about 'entrapment' is utterly hypocritical.

Received my package before the due date, great communication when it came to delivery, and great prices. Do recommend A++

I placed and paid for my order on 27 September, with an expected delivery window of 4–11 October.

On 6 October, customer service emailed me saying my order should be shipped within the next 2–3 working days. However, this didn’t happen as expected. I was later given updates saying the cargo shipment was expected on 16 October, and the latest date I’ve been given is now 22 October.

I’m frustrated because I’ve already paid in full, and the expected dates keep changing. The 22 October date is for the cargo shipment, not a confirmed delivery date for my order, so I still don’t know when I’ll actually receive it.

I’ve also had difficulty getting a refund. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but I expect clear communication and a realistic timeframe rather than repeatedly having to wait longer.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I hope the company provides a proper resolution to my order.

This is the first time I have bought a perfume from My Perfume. I am very pleased with their excellent customer service. Aubrey was lovely, and very helpful and kind, answering all my queries. I ordered L'air du Temps and it arrived today. The perfume is just as I remember it as a child - gorgeous! I ordered a tester, and they don't always come with lids (caps). My did, and I'm absolutely thrilled! Two doves it flight. Fabulous! Also, a free perfume sample, Lolita Lempicka, was included! Thank you My Perfume, and thank you especially, Aubrey, for making my first buying experience enjoyable!

Perfume was exactly as described and like a perfume 5 times its price!. Delivery was delayed but communication was great.

I made the mistake of being convinced to purchase by the slick website and attractive prices instead of reading the reviews first.
As with so many other people's experiences the reality did not match the promises made. Once I placed the order they gave a delivery window that was three weeks later. That date came and went and the order just sat in processing. I tried following up but was told to wait until the delivery window.
When the delivery window eventually passed I asked for a refund within three days or I would request a chargeback from the credit card company. At that point my request was escalated to a real person. I did receive the refund (after a bit of back and forth with them trying to get me to agree to wait for another couple of weeks) so I didn't have an issue with that as some people have reported.
But what a waste of time waiting for nearly a month for a product I doubt was even in stock to start with. While I wouldn't say the business is necessarily a scam (because I got the refund) I'm not sure I understand the business model of having a great website with all the bells and whistles but not having the product to fulfil orders.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited an extra week past the delivery date, then emailed them to see what was going on. They said they were waiting on a shipment for one of the perfumes and asked what I wanted to do.
I asked if I could get a different perfume of the same value, which was fine, only for them to follow up another week later and say that one wasn’t available either.
I’ve now asked for a refund and am waiting to hear back.
On the other hand, I ordered from PerfumesNZ and they were amazing — so fast! So, any Kiwis reading this, order from there instead!

TLDR - it was a rocky start but delivered with excellent service from ~~Nicole~~ in the end.

My full and honest review. I placed my order early September for an assortment of samples of hard to find fragrances. The site gives assurances that stock is kept on hand and ships from Auckland with 1-2 days for delivery. Once your order is placed the timeline confirmed is significantly longer - about 3 to 4 weeks for me. There was no correspondence or tracking numbers provided during those weeks - a little concerning. So I reached out and was reassured a tracking number would be shared once the order dispatched and that on occasion there was a delay in stock from overseas. Fair enough, I gave it another week or two and reached out for an update. This time I got a more personal update apologising for the delay and that my order contained items that couldn’t be fulfilled but my account would be updated with a credit and the remaining items shipped that day and were delivered the next.

What I liked best - the products (I bought samples) are genuine branded and packaged sample vials with atomisers - not generic decants. I have no reason to suspect authenticity issues. The range includes very hard to find fragrances and the pricing is reasonable especially with buy 2 get 1 free. The service from Nicole was also stellar, kudos.

What needs work - these guys have a service that caters to a niche market and I can’t help but wonder why they aren’t more direct when setting expectations for fulfilment. If you’re willing to wait, they do deliver (mostly… and they credit any shortfalls) and I’d like to see them grow and succeed - it’s an awesome service provided for sourcing samples that saves risky blind buys.
I’ve gone with 5 stars and wrote this to reassure those worried it’s a scam that it’s genuinely not but the expectations set upfront needs work so customers don’t feel misled.

I can also confirm I have gone ahead and placed another order. I believe in you guys!

The Chief happiness officer Nicole has been very helpful in answering my questions and giving solutions. Overall the customer service is very good and replies quickly

Does anyone know where they are physically located or know a way to find out ?

I placed my order in September, then my order confirmation email saod it wasnt in stock until August next year, when i contacted them about it, they blammed issues in the middle east and that my perfume should be on a cargo ship arriving the 7th of August. Ive heard nothing from then and I have requested a refund, seems like common excuses and stalling. I was not aware they didnt have the perfume in stock when ordering

Just an update I was sent unpleasant daily emails blaming me for not receiving the perfumes I had ordered. It was like I was dealing with 5 year olds. I repeat as per my first feedback post I will never deal with this company again and encourage others to do the same. I believe this company to be a scam. My advice - HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Have been waiting for a month for my purchase.I had emailed them to ask where it is and they said it was delayed due to Middle East crisis fair enough be up front with your consumers but you also told me when I had to email you again as I wanted a refund and you said the situation was resolved and you now have the product and will be distributed …waiting for those shipping details still 5 weeks now
