I don't want to even give 1 star. I placed my order on 10 Septemeber and it has still not arrived on 8 October.
I have asked for a refund twice already.

Believe all the bad reviews about this company because they're true.This is the first and last time I ever purchase anything from them.I ordered one fragrance that their website said was in stock on 21st September.Paid via debit card and received order confirmation which said it will be delivered between 29th September and 6th October.4th October and still no dispatch confirmation so I sent a follow up email and was sent an automated response that said to wait and be patient,their may be a delay but not to worry.7th October and still no dispatch confirmation so sent another follow up email and was sent another automated reply saying there is a delay with your product due to a shortage when it clearly said in stock when i ordered it.Today 8th October,over two weeks since i placed my order i still haven't had any dispatch confirmation.I will stick to buying fragrance from Perfume NZ as they deliver within 3 working days.

Why sell products clearly not in stock whilst being presented on the website as available? Under NZ FTA, this constitutes deceptive and misleading practice.
Item did not arrive within designated time frame. First response (next day) to my query about the order was generic and did not address the issue. Second response (similarly prompt): said they didn't have the item and asked me to wait indefinitely for it.
As per their own policy, "If your order is more than 14 days delayed, please get in touch, and we will provide a refund if the item hasn't shipped". I have requested a refund. Let's see how that goes given other customers. experiences.

In my experience, TP is a thoroughly reliable platform which unlike some other platforms does scrutinize reviews thereby providing a balance and allowing consumers to do their due diligence. By contrast, some other platforms allow companies to "sanitise" negative reviews thereby giving falsely positive overview of the company.

Regardless, the issue of advertising products clearly not available, errors, delays in delivery and refunds remain constant themes among the complaints about this company.

If I could give it a zero I would. I can not stress this enough DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It’s been the most stressful experience of my life. Not only was my 1st order sent out 4 months later, half of it was missing so finally they agreed to give me some credit (after about 200 emails later from me and them refusing to reply ) then I tried to order something else. Same thing happened after 3 months on my 2nd order ‘sorry can source these items please order something else”& another 2 months later still asking where my items are. Sent out one and missing the other one. Again get a credit. 3rd order - 6 months later still getting the generic response sorry we still waiting on your items to arrive. What the fcuk how is this company still going. AVOID AVOID AVOID honestly im not expecting my original items or any refund or credit now. It’s the worst online shopping experience of my life (and I do online shopping all the time) I want to warn everyone please save yourself a headache and don’t buy from them. They lure you in with cheap prices to stock they actually don’t have. They then say it’s on back order and will try delay actually sending you your items. Not only have I been scammed of over $570 it’s just been such a waste of time and energy actually getting any customer service from them. They send automated replies that don’t even make sense to my email queries. They will take your money. These positive reviews must be fake because I know they have done this to multipal work colleagues and family members. Please don’t buy from them. Sorry rang over but people must be warned they are a total scam!! I’m now $570 out of pocket and nearly a year of emails and fighting with them to get my Money. Honestly wish they could get shut down m. It’s not fair they can still operate like this

I ordered 6 items to the value of $210.00nzd. All items displayed online as In Stock.
Order was placed 17th September, delivery date was 29th September- 6th October.
They told me that they were pre-order. According to their website pre-order cannot be charged in full, however I was charged immediately the full price. Also it stated order over $100 are free delivery, yet I was charged $10.00 at point of order.
I strongly recommend people to steer clear of this company.

I ordered the items so i can use it for my trip and when i bought it, delivery eta is 22-25Sep. 24Sep and it’s still processing. I had to escalate multiple times for them to action, one item was removed. The bot replies to u before humans do! They said u can cancel and i have requested to cancel multiple times, they will push it on u and force u to wait on their timeline. Absolutely scammy behaviour! I am now overseas and havent tried the product and dont need the product anymore. It was delivered heaps longer than it’s supposed to and that is with constant push from me. The support also lies to u saying your eta is this date when i have a screenshot proving it’s meant to be delivered sooner than what they are saying. Avoid buying at all cost.

I wish to express my gratitude to The Perfume Shop for their amazing products. I ordered multiple items from their website and when one of my items were out of stock I was given a refund and a discount fee for my next order. I loved the secure packaging and the automatic response to my questions.

SCAM, have ordered 3 months ago and they kept saying it’s delayed .. Do not buy from here it’s all lies .

HUGE SCAM. DO NOT BUY !
1-open a DISPUTE with your BANK and credit card report them and get your money back !
2- EVERYONE Lodge a LEGAL COMPLAINT to the Australia and New Zealand Consumer and Commerce Commission AND sue this scam.

Myperfumeshop is registered to an Individual/Soletrader in Australia, not even GST registered..red flag. The
New Zealand companies office shows address registered to 'The Crate' which is simply a shared office space for rent as a front, probably just the cheapest option. Wheres the Auckland factory office? No filing returns because there is no factory with robots that supposedly fulfill and dispatch orders from Auckland as advertised on the website shipping info. False advertising.. buyer beware

My last order very recently was delivered in just a couple of days and was perfect especially as it’s a perfume now difficult to find. The first order was much slower for some unknown reason.

Great and easy way to get a variety of perfume. Lots of options, is reliable and always comes. Would recommend!

A very harrowing experience with them. It took me 39 emails and about 4 months to finally get my orders though they were not what I ordered. Some of them had to be compromised for whatever was available in their stock as they were not ready to refund. I would definitely not recommend them though I do not personally like to discourage any business. Wish you might get better with time!!

I bought a 30ml bottle of a favourite perfume recently and the whole experience was very positive. I find it difficult to find smaller size perfume containers, but I prefer them as perfume does deteriorate over time. My order was quickly dispatched, well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

This is my now go to place for my EDT's. They are exceptional quality with a good range of scents for all budgets. My specific like is that i love to try new scents and the new to old filter makes sure I get the latest one. My only bugbear is that if it isn't in stock in Auckland, it can take up to a month to arrive. But then, good things take time as they say.
