The advent kit looked good but the product didn’t live upto expectation , flavours were all quite sickly . Also would prefer each days be wrapped as they are just open behind each door

Products look great but couldn’t find anything suitable for vegetarians……

The marshmallows are lovely and totally different to anything in the shops. Customer service and communication is very poor. I appreciate the time of year, but I ordered well in advance and it took over three weeks to fulfil the order. No information on lead delivery time. Phone calls and emails were ignored. I only got a response after I posted on Instagram which is clearly highly public. My order when it arrived had been substituted for another flavour. Happy with the product, would never order for Xmas again.

Beautifully manufactured flavours are truly are wonderful. With quality ingredients consistency, luxurious and indulgence..

Worth the treat.

This is a fantastic company, we had the advent calendar for 3rd time, alway brilliant quality and my go too because in the words of my son it's the best calendar EVER you get great size pieces and marvellous flavours non disappoint will be repurchasing next year.

I have ‘treated’ myself to the Advent Calendar for two years now. The only disappointment was having to share each one with my partner this year! And yes, each marshmallow is big enough to share, I just don’t want too! He will definitely be getting his own calendar next year. Each marshmallow tastes absolutely delicious. I bought via another supplier and delivery was very prompt.

The advent calender was amazing-large marshmallows, great flavours.Minor change I would have made would be 3 marshmallows in 25th box as opposed to chocolate covered bar as not my favourite!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered just before Christmas and received the S’mores smalls pack with one marshmallow pack missing. I’ve tried to contact The Naked Marshmallow Company four or five times via email and their enquiry form and have had no response at all. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Do not recommend. Do not use.

First off, the products are exceptional. Apart from an advent calendar I received about five years ago—where all the marshmallows tasted a bit like glue—everything else has been fantastic. I genuinely haven’t found another company quite like them.
What really lets them down, though, is the dispatch and delivery. My items were dispatched nine days after I placed the order, then took another four days to arrive, despite paying for 48-hour delivery. It would be ideal if they notified customers at checkout when delays are expected.

After reading through other customer comments, it seems I’m not the only one facing delivery issues. I really think the company should review its delivery partner.

The product range is fantastic, the customer service is spot on and the delivery of items is exactly what I expect and delivered on time.

Bought as a gift - well presented. Delivery was slow and not as advertised and a glitchy website choosing options but a very tasty treat and would recommend

I think this is my 5th year of ordering advent calendars, the last couple of years I have pre ordered on the offer. Absolutely love all the flavours, just wish they were bigger, that's me being greedy though lol! Only thing i would change is the inner plastic packaging, could this be made from cardboard?? Will defo order again for Christmas 2026 😊

These Marshmallows are absolutely amazing they are high quality and full of flavour. I bought my son the marshmallow advent calendar and he enjoyed them so much I ordered more for him for Christmas. I ordered 2 packets of the cookies and cream he loved them. Quick easy delivery too. Will definitely be ordering more.
