If you are looking to order now in time for Christmas, don’t.

The marshmallows from this company are always incredible and perfect for toasting. It is let down by the lack of customer service and communication.

The shipping times on the website are simply a lie. You will be waiting at least 10 working days from order for your marshmallows if you’re lucky, sometimes even longer. They do not reply to emails/comments/messages and completely lack customer service. It is very disappointing.

I ordered my second lot of marshmallows for this year right at the start of December, hoping to eat them while getting in the festive spirit/watching Christmas movies etc. I will now be lucky if they even arrive by Christmas.

I ordered loads on the 28th November, obviously for Christmas presents. Some of which are due to be transported this weekend. Nothing has arrived. No response to online query, don't answer the phone and no response to emails.

I've purchased before and was very happy. Extremely disappointed and stressed this time.

I have no idea if the order will arrive, if at all. Now I have to try and find money to buy new gifts for people and try to navigate a refund, I suppose.

Utterly disappointed.

If there are going to be delays, then a notification on your website is the least you can do as a common curtesy

Order placed and said to be shipped within 3-5 working days. No further communication and still awaiting any response from the company about when my order will be shipped over 3 weeks after the order was placed. They don’t respond to emails and I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. From looking in their Facebook page, this is a common problem and there are many unhappy customers.
Would not order again.

Simon was super helpful with my order. He was patient with me when I got my orde number all muddled up and even took the time to make me laugh . He offerd me alternative marshmellows as the smores flavour was not quite set yet . The delivery time was super speedy after this and arrived beautifully packaged !! .
I will have a very happy little boy on his birthday .

Took nearly a month to ship order and only after I started commenting to everyone I t heir facebook posts asking if they ever received their order and repeatedly asking them to respond to me. No email confirmation, don’t answer phone or respond to emails.

Ordered from them many times years ago but they’ve since got new owners I see, I’ll never order from them again after this experience with the new owners.

Ordered on 1st December with an estimated delivery of 5-7 working days. It is now the 8th day and still no sign of the order even being dispatched. I’ve emailed a couple of times but have had no response.

Checking these reviews as well as comments posted on their social media, I’m now worried that my order will never arrive…. Hoping that the company might at least take notice of the negative review and respond to me now.

Ordered a Christmas gift weeks ago. It hasn’t arrived despite 5-7 working day delivery. Emailed their “hello” email address query 4 times so far, no response. It appears from other reviews, this is common experience. Unacceptable and potentially fraudulent!

Terrible communication. Ordered 30th nov-( 5-7 working day delivery) STILL not arrived. Should have bern a birthday gift Haven't answered ANY emails.

Ordered on the 22nd November - still no notification of despatch when emailed on 3rd December (7 working days after order).

Items arrived 5th December (so 10 working days after order), with no packing note and had 1 item missing.

The items were sent with 24hr Royal Mail meaning they quite possibly could’ve only sent the item once receiving my email.

Reached out on the same day and asked for a refund on the missing item as it would end up arriving too late if they sent out a replacement (they were supposed to be presents).

No reply to either emails this whole time.

No reply to any communication , no packing note, no despatch notification throughout.

Personally, I’m not even too much of a fan of the marshmallows and think they’re overpriced but thought they would be nice gifts - considering they’ve all arrived late, it’s really not worth it!

Took an absolute age to arrive, despite delivery telling me it would be a few days it was weeks until anything arrived. In fact, I feel the order was only despatched because I complained. I got both advent calendars. They’re ok. Flavours are good. Although in the boozy one most of the flavours are mixed up! Won’t be buying again unfortunately

Superb customer service and quality product

My order never arrived, all my emails were ignored and every time I called they just hung up on me, please avoid these scammers

Ordered on the 23rd november now 4/5 December and promised 3 to 5 days delivery as of writing this review absolutely nothing arrived sent 4 emails no response to anything.now going to try get my money back from bank.i have ordered from these before was good.absolutely disgracefully behaviour.tryed phoning says line busy.would give no stars but not a choice

The product is very good as o have purchased from them previously. Unfortunately that doesn't matter if the product never shows up. I received 1 x calendar out of an order of 6 items. Initially they got back to me quickly apologised then offered to either send the missing part of my order or refund. They have not been in contact with me since despite multiple emails. At this point ill need to claim the money back through my bank. Send me my order The Naked Marshmallow Co.!

Love the advent calendar, I’ve had one from here for the last few years and it’s always amazing! Definitely recommend and I will be back again next year! The Boozy one is also amazing but you have to be quick to get that one ✨

I ordered two advent calendars with the toasting jars and skewers. The order went through fine but the order was lost at the Royal Mail end. I called to check on my order and they were very apologetic that it was not complete. They sent me a fresh order on a 24hr delivery and I received it the very next day. Great customer service and a great gift for my two children.

Since buying the advent calendar about five years ago, my daughter doesn’t want anything else.
Always a quality product and a quality service.

Holy moly these marshmallows are simply the finest mallows I have ever tasted and the variety of flavours leaves you spoilt for choice!

My family loved the mini toasting kits they sell which is really amazing idea - so convenient and clean to use but gives the ultimate toasted mallow which intensifies and elevates the flavour even further!

Warning: you could become addicted!

I read the reviews and ordered with some trepidation (as the gift was specifically requested by the recipient). However, my experience was perfect. I received the advertised discount, the product arrived quickly (two working days) and was delivered with Royal Mail. It was packaged well and the product looks great. Whilst I can't comment on the quality of the marshmallow, my experience was great and I would happily use the company again. Only reflection is how odd it is to not receive a confirmation email (only one by SMS).

I had a problem with my order and once I reached out I received such a professional and kind response. My issue was resolved within a day and communication was kept up to date. I have enjoyed these products since last year and the quality is always outstanding.
