There was an issue over the glass being wrongly labelled from supplier, I was kept up to date on this. And had it replaced as soon as they could. Friendly, courteous, professional.

Third time lucky?
Third time lucky?
First time round an awful wind noise coming through. Called and booked in for a second time - resealed it and still a wind noise coming through and heated screen doesn't work. They're coming out again next week for the Third time to replace it again. Far from ideal and very time consuming.
