Great service and flawless install.
Called up to make the appointment a spoke to a very helpful advisor. Visited the branch in Romford, 12pm Friday. Got a call 2 hours later to say the car was ready. Flawless install with the same glass used by BMW and the heads-up display and all sensors calibrated perfectly. Was nervous prior to install but very happy with the result. Great friendly service too btw.

Would not use again but trapped by insurance
1 Over 3 weeks before work could be scheduled
2 Operative told he was a "trainee" but was unsupervised
3 Failed to bring an awning because it was "broken" - it had rained virtually every day since Jan 1st
4 Turned up without full repair equipment and had to return to his office (1 hour further delay)
5 Despite having ordered and paid for replacement windscreen wipers he did not have them with him
6 The only good news and thus avoided one star was actual windscreen repair was satisfactory and refund for wipers prompt

Highly competent and friendly too
I probably went in with quite low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by their excellent communication and friendly but professional manner. Most importantly they did a quality job in a timely manner. Definitely recommend without reservation.

Excellence executed 5 star service
Had a text booking error. I arranged the time off work for new windscreen, the guys informed me they were likely not going to be able to fit me in till later afternoon meaning instead of the morning I arranged time off for u was likely going to lose a full day of appointments.
The team at romford went above and beyond, Nathaniel himself came and let me know that he was going to attend to my windscreen which enabled me to keep my work appointments in the afternoon.
Can not speak highly enough of the way the guys handled the situation and the level of work was top notch.
