Great service. Very quick

When i arrived they were already waiting for me. Although they say it can take upto 4 hours to replace the windscreen it only took 1 man less than 2 hours. I can't fault it 1 bit.

Very professional fitter who did a great job. Very efficient chap with a friendly manner. The only quibble was the lack of communication from the office regarding when the fitting could be done. Other than that very happy.

Feel bad giving a 3 star as the replacement has been done to a good standard and the service at initial point of contact was good, however this was let down by the service after this. When I made the claim to have the window replaced my wife was at work 30 miles away and her only means of getting home, was with the car that had a crack in the front window screen. The window screen was cracked in the centre of the drivers side and would have been an MOT failure so shouldn’t really have been driven.

We were advised because of this we would be contacted by a Depot with a view to hopefully somebody coming out the same day. However this didn’t happen and my wife had to make contact to see what was happening. Having made contact she was advised that it wasn’t a priority and that the car was legal to be driven with the damaged window. The person spoken to was described as being quite rude and my wife had to put the phone down on them.

As a result it gave her no choice other than to take the risk and drive home.

Luckily she made it home without any further issues and was also not stopped by the Police. The repair was done a couple of days later again after having to drive the car, this time to the Depot and since then there has been no issues.

Person who fitted the windscreen was brilliant. Smooth and easy process. Highly recommended.

Very quick and efficient. I called late afternoon to report a windscreen chip. I was offered an appointment at my home the following day. On the morning of the appointment, I received an email link to track the windscreen fitter and giving an approximate timeframe. The fitters arrived at the earlier end of the timeframe window. They were professional and completed the repair quickly. The repair is neat and can hardly be seen. Overall, efficient and professional service.
