Communication terrible
Communication terrible. Accounts didn’t send invoice until after promising to do so.
Technical work on car very good. Workshop guys extremely helpful. Telephone and accounts staff terrible. If I ever need to have screen replacement another time I will pressure my insurance to use a different company. While the Swindon centre did the work and were very good it was the Bristol based office team that were awful.

Small repair,
Had my windscreen repaired while I was at work, only to come home to find the crack had been made significantly worse, and is now within 3cm of the edge of the glass so it's now a replacement job. I was not told this and as far as I was aware all was fine.

Repair carried out on large chip
My chip was quite a large one, and I was informed that there was a risk of cracking during the repair. I was very happy that the technician had shared his concerns with me. The repair was completed quite quickly and by polite staff. The waiting area was clean and tidy for a garage environment.

The repair took 2 hours understandably
The repair took 2 hours understandably. The technician carried out his work extremely well. However, the screen supplied had a scratch on it, so a replacement has been ordered
