Had a replacement rear screen fitted…
Had a replacement rear screen fitted and when I went to pick the car up there was scratches all over the paintwork below the screen.
Waiting for a quote to repair the damage caused.
Will be asking insurance company if they can use another branch in future.

Very informative and easy visit with a new basic Audi screen fitted in just under 2 hrs. Service was 5*s from the two gents, and i got what i needed. Would use again quite happily.

No communication
No communication. Appointment arranged 9 am to 1 pm. Nobody arrived. Nobody called to say why.
I tried to call 40 mins. No answer.
On chat online lady said sorry You have to wait.
I lost whole day I lost £200 job andon the end od the day I had to drive to their location
