Had an initial call from this company trying to sell me their services and listening to their pitch. They sent me a quote for me to review and all this while were very friendly and amenable. I weighed up my options and decided to not switch from my current provider. On a follow-up I call where I explained my decision to not migrate suddenly seemed to invite a very confrontational, argumentative, almost bullying pressure from the sales manager. I am now even more glad to not have ventured further down this path. Beware, any box can be wrapped up in a pretty bow, but until you open it you haven't a clue what is inside.
Update: I received contact from higher management at NBC to inform me that they had reviewed the call and agreed that the attitude fell below their standards and they will carry out some retraining of their staff. I also received an apology. I have amended my rating to reflect the fact that it seems management care enough to directly address these issues.

Words aren’t enough for the help Tom…
Words aren’t enough for the help Tom has given us at NBC. We had huge issues with BT trying to penalise us for transferring away from them and Tom not only wrote the letters for us but guides us through everything we needed to combat the incompetence of BT. This on top of a very helpful service, what more could you want.

Fabulous company
What can I say! totally brilliant company. Nick Burrill and Jamie were so helpful. I was having problems with my previous service provider...(the contact had been for 7 years! I was not aware until it was due to change providers. Nick did everything he could possible to try and get me released from that contact. He was out standing in his actions and attention to detail. I could not wish for better assistance. I am truly looking forward to using this company as there customer service is second to none.
