Great experience with NBC.
I spoke to Amy and Nick previously on the phone. I was not at all interested but Amy was very resilient and knew what she was talking about. I ended up sorting out a deal that day that is actually going to benefit me and my place of work. Broadband issues were reported on Monday and we needed open reach to come out and resolve the Internet going down. Tom was brilliant at responding and chasing up our problem and responded, followed up and resolved our broadband issue to get us back up and running.

Emma was absolutely fantastic! I was struggling to set up my new phone, but she quickly jumped into a remote session and took care of everything for me. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and provided an excellent example of outstanding customer service. I'm now up and running thanks to her!

Would give zero stars if there was an…
Would give zero stars if there was an option!!
Never signed a contract, within 24hrs spoke and said I wasn't interested. Had very rude response, hounded and expected to pay over £1000 just to cancel though I never even signed. Now being threatened with legal action and a bill of £1500!!!!
Thieves and disgraceful company! I will be reporting to them to obudsman immediately.
Times are hard as it is without a big company try to steal from us!!!
Should be ashamed!!
Every contract should have a cooling off period!! I called within 24hrs!! The manner I was spoken too on several occasions was shocking and the charge states £400 early cancellation. You have always said it's over £800.
Avoid this company!!!

Thank you for your email, and for providing additional information to help us locate your account through the Find Review Trustpilot tool.
Please be aware that we conduct sales using verbal agreements. Therefore, there would not have been any contract to sign, and the contract was verified on a recorded telephone call where the sales agent went through a script confirming all of your details as well as the details of the agreement whilst making it clear that this part of the call would form the contract between your business and NBC. This telephone recording has also been provided to you some months ago.
You were also made aware there is no applicable cooling off period for the business contract you had agreed to, so whether you contacted us to cancel within 24 hours or not, you would unfortunately still be liable to pay the Early Termination Fee as per the terms of the agreement.
We are sorry that you decided to change your mind following the agreement being made. Unfortunately, our attempts to discuss this with you were unsuccessful as you were not prepared to allow us to assist you. As a result, we were left with no option but to pass the debt to a debt collection agency to recover the monies owed.
If you are open to discuss this account with us, please call us on 0330 311 1133 and we will be more than happy to go through it all with you.

No trouble to get through to NBC what's so ever. The call was answered within the minute as always.
Emma was exceptionally helpful in sorting the issue I had with my handset going down. The hand set was down for a matter of 5 minutes and back up and running again thanks to the fast service from Emma.
