NBC and there porting/technical team went to great lengths to help us with a very difficult porting of number, and our setup.
They were very quick to respond, and very helpful.

The phone call was answered quickly and by someone who knew what they were talking about. Whilst this is of course what should be the norm, for most businesses it is not.

Competent & efficient

I have been with NBC nearly a year. I made the move after finding it tough running multiple small businesses through one phone (stressful). Over the time with NBC we have had some challenges with the way we operate the system and at times needing adjustments or big changes with the system.. the team have made running my business a lot smoother and easier to communicate. NOTHING is never an issue and each time there has been its been solved quickly and efficiently every time. I feel we have created a great relationship with NBC team (at times i must do there heads in ha!). Tom and Jamie are wizards there knowledge is the best you with find in the business with YOU (your business) being a priority every time making the system user friendly.
A special mention goes to Lottie Hyland… if i could have her in my team i would tomorrow! Lottie will find you a solution with every situation- account changes, billing, problems, new services the list goes on. She is a credit to NBC and nothing is ever an issue… believe me i cause a few!. Lottie is very fair and thorough and you know you are in good hands. Thank you for your service so far and hopefully many more years working with you guys!

Tom Oates was extremely helpful in our phone call today, absolutely lovely chap and straight to the point when it came to fixing our problems.

After a couple of weeks of having some phone issues Jamie Greene finally got it sorted! With much a patients and perseverance Jamie got to the root of the problem, determined to get it sorted. And I can happily say we are all up and running now. Making business much easier.
