The consultant, Tom was very helpful and was understanding my position regarding poor broadband speed. Test had been done and it seemed that initially the speed was low and it had been upgraded from your side. However Tom could see that the upgraded happened as 76 Mb per second were being achieved on my line but there was very little if any improvement on the speeds that I was getting from my router. Having conducted all the necessary tests,Tom said the next thing to try to see if the router itself was faulty and he is sending me a new router to see if we can get it set up to work properly. This makes me satisfied that my problem is been appreciated and that appropriate action is being taken. Very many thanks,

Just joined NBC ( One month in) So far so good. Customer service has been great. Call quality is excellent and any issues we have had have been dealt with swiftly.

We at Fairmont Law solicitors use NBC for all our communication and phone services, They have a great customer service.
But every time I contact NBC with any other set up enquiry, I am forced to ask to speak to Tom Oates as he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has a hands on approach. The rest of the team are not as helpful sometimes and tend to transfer back and forth for a simple enquiry.
Tom always asks the right questions and make everything seamless and simple and resolves every enquiry. He has sorted out all our enquiries in the past and is very reliable in his advise.
I just wish the team had a training session by him so that I would not be forced to just ask to speak to one person all the time, I can imagine a lot of customers may only opt to speak to him due to his professionalism and knowledge of his field. Extremely grateful to Tom and his team, keep up the great work and thank you for always being on the other end of the line when we need you.

We’re setting up a brand new business & didn’t have any prior knowledge of VoIP at all.
Jayde & Emma gave us amazing clear advice which has proved invaluable & taken away all the hassle and research which has therefore freed up our valuable time to do other tasks.

We as a company have been with NBC for many months now , we had lots off issues with open reach (absolutely no fault of NBC) and have been fully supported throughout , many things offered to help and support us as a company by NBC and staff we on hand daily to help negotiate and fix any problems .
Extremely down to earth but professional staff , Jamie and Tom have been our heros throughout and lottie was extremly efficient in resolving billing issues of the open reach saga , cant speak highly enough of all of NBC staff members

We had a lovely experience today with Victoria. She went above and beyond to help myself and my team. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very polite and friendly. A rare experience these days.

The guy I deal with (Jamie) knows exactly what's going on and how to sort out every problem. Couldn't be simpler!

I have been dealing with this company for 6 months now and still don't have everything set up on the account. Basic things like the wording on our voicemail and get that amended for the holiday season or support with internal calling and device numbers, the customer services team are not knowledgeable and not responsive at all. Quite disappointing as i have had to raise reviews and complaints and simple requests didn't get the required responses. Finally i got hold of Jamie who helped me resolve the issues on the account and he did offer a great and patient service. I probably wouldn't recommend overall for customer service though no issues with the actual phone line or wifi so it depends what you need for your business.

I had a great experience with NBC, so helpful and open to all my questions. Very informative and a great knowledge base. Could not recommend them more than you will not be disappointed when dealing with them.
