I have purchased homes before, but never online and without physically being able to see the people. However, this online was process was a great experience especially working with Mystle and Melissa. I have nothing but the upmost respect for these ladies. They made my home buying experience very pleasant!!!

Working with the team at Neighbors bank was a great experience. I work overnights so getting to a normal brick and mortar bank is difficult at times. They made it easy to do right from my phone on my time. When I had questions they were quick to respond with answers. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

Amazing team all-around. Melissa, Abbie, and Bailee were incredibly helpful to work with. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns and got the home loan through approved.There was some initial concern we might not be able to close when scheduled given some delay in loan team receiving some information, but they stayed on top of it and I was able to close two days earlier than expected.I'd definitely enjoy working with this helpful team again in the future, and highly recommend them!
