Ho 5 telecamere e adesso le sto regalando in giro perché molte volte non funziona il cloud oppure devo fare il login. Per non parlare del fatto che alcune funzionalità della telecamera si sblocca solo pagando una abbonamento.

Hanno tolto alcune telecamere anche da amzon, quindi se ne volete altre dovete per forza acquistarle dal loro sito

What a treat this beautiful bird house would be…

I had built my own bird house in February 2024 out of cedar wood from Home Depot, while it was fun building it, the quality wasn’t the best. After a couple of weeks we had a couple of western bluebirds that checked in and started building their nest in April. They layed 3 eggs, but to my disappointment, they abandoned the nest, not sure why. A couple of things we thought why was 1, the arlo camera I was using inside keeps taking videos with the lights on at 12 midnight every night and 2 our neighbors that just moved in started replacing tiles and I think the noise for at least a week may have bothered them. After 2 weeks, I had removed the eggs and replaced the house with the netvue birdfy with dual cameras. Now this birdhouse I think is bar none, the best of the best I could find online. The build quality and the materials used are top notch. From the packaging alone you can tell how well thought this product was made. The cameras were well placed and the apps used to install are really easy to do, it only took me 5 minutes and were off and running. The only thing that took awhile was charging the batteries. But that was the hardest part. lol.😂. With the different options in mounting, I used the brackets matching what’s already is in the back of the house it was the easiest and most secured way to mount on my 4x4 pole. It’s now been 5 days since and I can’t wait to see another couple of western bluebirds check in. The whole family is eager to see beautiful birds again.

Incredible up close views with the Birdfy feeder

I love my Birdfy feeder! To be able to get close up videos and photos of the birds is incredible. In the off-chance that a squirrel gets on it, I can push the ‘siren’ button on the app, and
it scares them away. It’s very easy to install. I would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! Don't waste your money! App keeps crashing on camera set up, keeps saying app has a bug, but will not resolve! Found out Last app update for the camera, 2 YEARS AGO!

Best Birdfy feeder yet!

I recently bought the Birdfy Bamboo Wood Bird feeder with camera. I am not new to Birdfy products and still have and use a previous model which I like but this new one is definitely a step up.

The appearance is lovely. The bamboo wood design looks so good in the garden it is so much easier to open and fill than the earlier model. The divided seed receptacle allows you to use two types of seed at once, which is a nice feature and it is very easy to clean.

Set up was a breeze. Mine is pole mounted and it went up without any challenges. The camera works great —It captures the birds that visit the feeder wonderfully and I love that the Birdfy app stores the picture and video.

The solar panel charger works incredibly well. That has been true with my other feeder as well. It keeps the camera fully charged and was also easy to set up. The only suggestion in that regard, though, is to buy some split shielding for the power cable that connects the panel to the feeder. It is inexpensive but it works well to protect the cable from overly aggressive squirrels. (They chewed through the cable of my first solar charger but no issues since I got the shielding.)

The only complaint I have about the feeder is that when I received it the wood laminate was pulling away a touch on one side of the feeder. A touch of wood glue and it was good as new. I like the feeder so much that I just couldn’t bring myself to reduce the rating to 4 stars because of that one minor, and easily fixed flaw.

One other things worth noting is that I have found the folks at Birdfy incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I’ll in all, just a super bird feeder.

Waste of money, many flaws, don't buy

I had high expectations for this camera, but unfortunately, its flaws make it mostly useless. First of all, even when turned up to the highest volume, the sound on the monitor is so quiet that you can only hear your baby if you're in complete silence and holding the monitor close. Secondly, there's a constant crackling noise coming from the camera itself, which is really annoying, especially at night when you're trying to sleep. It's like having a persistent, bothersome sound right next to you all night long. Lastly, the monitor's battery life is so bad that it can't even last a full day, let alone a night, without needing to be charged again. This product was a waste of money.

I purchased a netvue camera it keeps dropping off and it is hard whyerd to the router no connection tried everything thay sed still dropping off will not work at all now it was less than a year old they sed thay would send a replacement then they changed there minds there manufacturer's guarantee is not worth anything it is a con what a rip off

netvue sending items from China, be aware of customs charges

I bought 3 cameras from Netvue and after 4 weeks the first one arrived. still waitng for the rest and have found out they sent from China even though i bought them through an EU website. no where did it mention that they would be coming from China or i wouldnt have bought them. I live in Spain and it is one of the worst place for customs.
they say they are working on it and although it has been 3 weeks, i have to wait another 2.... they say!
Various emails and i have to wait. i will amend this review as and when things happen.
Ok the items finally arrived. They did do a good job of getting replacements to me but this should not have happened in the first place.

So far so good....I have several products from Netvue and my experience with the Birdfy Pro has been the best one yet. Product was shipped fast and packed well. Customer service was responsive via text and email. Product set right up and is working as it should. Very pleased. thank you

I purchased purchased a Netvue Birdfy Hum feeder

I purchased purchased a Netvue Birdfy Hum, the hummingbird feeder. After a week of trying to get it to work I emailed customer service. They walked me through a million different steps for hours and hours of wasted time. I told them the product was defective. Their response was always "in 24 to 48 hours, we will do this or that" but nothing was ever done. They put you though hundreds of different steps with level 1 reps, then you're on to the same million steps with a level 2 rep. When they finally understand that the camera is defective they say "in 24 to 48 hours you will get another email from the return department." After a million more steps and hours and hours on email, they say that in "24 to 48 hours you will get a return label". When they receive your product that you paid a lot of money for back, you will receive a new device. In approximately two weeks, if you're lucky. I am not lucky. This company has by far the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. It takes a lot to make me angry, but I'm way beyond angry now. Do not purchase anything from this horrible company.

They lie about shipping times - it’s a scam don’t buy

On the website it says estimated 5 - 10 business days to receive an order to the UK - however, not only has my order not arrived and it has been over this amount of time. When I asked Customer Service, because I had had zero updates on where my order was, they informed me that it's usually 15 - 20 days - extraordinary that they would lie completely on their website - utterly shameless.
My order has not arrived in time for a birthday now and would have ordered elsewhere had I known. Initially it took me over a week to get a response to questions I had about the feeder before purchasing and was then told that I had emailed the wrong email address - but that was the only email address on their website...

Company is a shambles.

Edit 8th March - the package still hasn’t arrived and Customer Service is useless. They’ve said that it is “at Customs” but has been for a long time which doesn’t happen when paperwork has been organised properly and it is sent through reputable delivery company. They won’t provide me a Tracking Number that shows this and show no inclination to solve the problem. Please don’t buy from here! They will take your money and not deliver - it is a scam!!

Been trying to contact this company about shipping date for my order and all emails have been ignored. Also, says they have 24/7 online chat but I have been waiting 5 days for a response and still nothing. AVOID this company. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT NY ORDER

Nous avons acheté le baby phone Netvue pour notre bébé au bout de 1 semaine il ne fonctionnait plus.
Quand bébé pleure cela fonctionne une fois sur deux.
Les contacter c’est un enfer sur terre je déconseille !!!!

Netvue Baby Monitor - finalmente non ho piu l’ansia di spostarmi!

Partiamo con il dire che ho scoperto Netvue su Amazon, la spedizione è stata veloce e impeccabile come sempre.

Veniamo con la recensione del kit videocamera e baby monitor: che dire semplicemente spaziale! Di facile montaggio e configurazione tramite app specifica che ho scaricato dall’app store, la videocamera telescopica permette di monitorare il sonno del proprio bambino in maniera silenziosa e non invasiva.
Nel kit è un mini monitor che trasmette in diretta le immagini della videocamera e monitora movimenti e rumori che provengono dalla culla.
Per me è stata una manna dal cielo perché con questo dispositivo posso tranquillamente spostarmi senza ansie o preoccupazioni, tenendo sempre monitorato il bambino senza disturbarlo.
Vale i soldi spesi, un pensiero in meno e più relax quando ci si sposta!

Bamboo Birdfeeder Bonanza

I received a Netvue Birdfy feeder for Father's Day 6 months ago and really can't say enough about the experience it has given me. We have hooded orioles, goldfinches, houses finches, scrub jays, doves, sparrows, etc. I have also identified birds I have never seen before in my life such as: western blue bird, scaly-breasted munia, oak titmouse, dark-eyed junco, and spotted towhee. I absolutely love getting notifications and seeing what other species may appear.

I just received the Bamboo Birdfy feeder with solar charging. I am very impressed with the design and quality of construction. The natural materials are environmentally friendly and blend in with the surroundings much better. The access to camera and filling the food is great. The camera connected to the Birdfy app with ease and within about 30 minutes of opening the box, the camera began capturing images. I mounted it to a pole but there are several options included in the box for mounting via post, wall, or tree. One thing that stands out with the Bamboo Birdfy over the Netvue is the thought and functionality they put into disassembly for cleaning. Very straightforward and easy. Connecting to my WiFi was also fast and easy. I do not have a subscription for AI identification but that would probably be an amazing option. I use a separate app for identifying and that works great for me. The videos it captures are stored for 30 days so it's easy to go back and reference the birds that visit. Another feature I'm thrilled about is the solar charging. I have to occasionally plug my older feeder in to charge the battery so I'm excited for the low maintenance aspect of always having the camera charged.

I truly love my Bamboo Birdfy feeder and highly recommend to anyone interested in birdwatching. You won't be disappointed.

Great bird feeder

I have the Bamboo feeder and love it. The installation directions and templates make this a breeze for pole or attaching directly to a tree or post. Lots of visitors and enjoy getting notified as I never miss a thing. Highly recommend
