The ordering process was straightforward. Newhall Watches' communications were first class, informing me that my order had been received, when it had been dispatched and when to expect it. They also provided tracking details and delivered quickly by 24 hour Royal Mail.
All of that and the fact that the watch is good quality and great price.

Ordering was easy abd delivrry trackabke and quick.
However the eatch is a gift and has not been used yet.

I bought an Armani AX in a sale on Newhall and it came packaged very well and in a really nice display/storage box. Will be buying from here again for sure.

This company sold the item I had been searching for, brand new at a reasonable price compared with RRP, whereas I could only find it 'used' on other sale sites such as eBay.

Ordered a watch on-line through Newhall. Very pleasant and efficient experience. Watch arrived securely and in a very timely (no pun intended) manner the next day. Very pleased with the watch - great that you stock new grassroots microbrand watches as well as those from the established watchmakers👍

It was okay but they didn't include a paper invoice with all of the details about the watch which made registering for the guarantee more long winded, because you have to search on the internet to find out which details you need from on the watch and else wear so as to fill in the online guarantee application form.

Good price but delivery and communication could have been better.
Royal Mail 24 hr delivery took 10 days and the only communication with Newhall was initiated by me. Don't think Royal Mail were to blame as parcel was classed as "Item dispatched by sender"but took 8 days to be received at their depot.
Maybe be a one off or they didn't actually have item in stock, who knows

We had an issue with our watch, but was easily returned under warranty and a replacement obtained , very good service, would definitely recommend.

Watch arrived next day, barring a bank holiday, and the watch was perfect and my son was very happy with it. Thank you Newhall Watches.
