AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had never used this company before or I had I heard of them before my recent transaction. Absolutely faultless! They are competitive on prices and they also have AMAZING customer services! I accidentally (not paying attention) put my own postcode in instead of where it was going to but the correct street name of where it was going to. I noticed quite quickly my mistake and emailed to ask if they could possibly amend the postcode and they did without any hassle. I work in customer services myself and the company I work for can be quick awkward and difficult when I comes to anything like this but I honestly can’t fault Newhall watches for their customer services! Will be recommending to everyone I know and will be using again! Thank you for your amazing service and prompt delivery!
