I ordered custom shoes, they are just perfect. delivery was very, very fast. they said 65 days, they were at my place in two weeks. quality is great too. Thick leather, water resistant. 10/10. I also ordered a pair of boots that are lower in quality. It's generic made boots, I guess because its made one after the other, the quality is less great. Quite thin leather, not prepared for wet weather. I'll have to use anti water spray on them, but they are absolutely beautiful. If you order from New Rock, get yourself a custom pair of boots. Its well worth your money. The quality is wayyyy better than the generic ones.

Ordered from here a few times, I should really have reviewed before. I can't fault new rock, the quality is excellent, hard wearing boots, unique style and they're so comfortable, ready to go and no need to break in. Each time I've ordered it has taken a week to get to me in the UK from the manufacturer in Spain. I have so far never been charged import duty but I'm unsure if this is due to yhe price of each order maybe. Each pair if boots has turned up tracked, well packed and undamaged. I prefer to order from the official new rock site as they often have sales and ate very reliable.

One star is too much honestly. Customer service is abysmal. Lace hook broke after only a year of wear. Communication with customer service is terrible, still no solution and I contacted weeks ago. They mention having a two year warranty but actually trying to get a hold of anyone makes this pointless, go with a different brand like buffalo.

Pedí unos zapatos los cuales tenían una estimación de 65 días de fabricación, y realicé el pedido en agosto, estamos en diciembre y aún no he recibido los zapatos y la única respuesta que recibí es “hay cambios logísticos de la fábrica han causado muchos retrasos” pero sin dar una estimación real de cuánto más van a tardar.

I bought a jacket, they said it wasn't in stock, i waited too long for a refund after their website scammed me out of money, didn't even get a coupon for the experience

Never buy from this store!
I made a mistake thinking that the official website would be reliable and trustworthy. Instead of the promised 1–2 weeks for delivery, I had to wait two months! And the worst part — the shoes weren’t even for me, they were a gift.
Thank you very much for ruining it.

Customer Service is so horrible. Measured by foot and order the size based on their sizing chart, the boots came in the mail and it was way smaller than my size so tried to do a return. Sizing on their website is very inaccurate. Decided to do a return and I had email them several times for them to send me the return slip and I had to pay like an additional $45 to return the shoes and customer service never refunded me after like 2+ weeks so had to do a chargeback on my credit card. Literally been 3 months and STILL never got a confirmation of return from them. Won't ever buy from them again.

Made my purchase online, waited for weeks without any updates so I emailed them and they told me it will take 2 months max so I waited again but after that they stopped answering my emails and I tried several times!! I've never seen such a scam from a big brand like this before! Thankfully I reached out to PayPal to get my redund and they were helpful.

I have emailed them several times about trying to exchange the shoes for different size and I am getting no response. Their website is also not helpful at all. If any one from new rock is reading this - please help.

Let's start with the fact that, with daily use such as commuting to work, shopping, or visiting someone, the boots only last me about a year. We're talking about normal walking here. By then, the sole tends to tear, even without glass shards or anything like that. Shoes with thicker soles are not available in size 49!
For some time now, the website has been taking hours to load products with a filter, for example.
Simple buttons such as cancel, complain, or similar are missing.
The customer service is absolutely terrible! They rarely respond to messages, and when they do, it's only when you threaten them with a lawyer or legal consequences.

I don't understand what the negative reviews are all about, in my humble opinion, Newrock is a reputable company and shoe brand. I recieved the most sturdy, heavy, and good quality pair of real leather shoes from them today and they've been amazing. The only thing missing for me (hence the 4/5 star review) is an official size chart on the website, I had to find one externally but I'm not even sure if it was accurate in the end.

C'est ma troisième d'un exact même modèle : une qui datait de 1990, une de 2023 et une de 2025.
Au bout de deux semaines pour ma deuxième paire, une attache de lacet avait sauté, une plaque en metal s'était subitement cassée en deux, les semelles s'étaient décollées(recollées par mes soins 3fois au total), le cuir au-dessus se fissurait (on a fini par voir mon pied à travers!) et l'arrière du talon en cuir s'arrachait (il y avait une plaque en carton à l'intérieur qui s'émiettait en plus). C'était déjà une énorme baisse de qualité par rapport aux premières (dont j'ai récupéré les plaques en metal intact pour les mettre à la place des nouvelles). Mais là, nouvelle paire, même modèle, même taille : elles sont trop petites, les coutures sont apparentes à l'intérieur des chaussures, comme les accroches en métal des divers accessoires (ce qui fait mal aux pieds) et certaines coutures sont déjà abîmées (le tour de la chaussure notamment) alors que je ne les ai porté que deux jours...
Bref, plus ça va et moins ça va

Customer service is abysmal. They only reply to emails if they need information from you. Otherwise, good luck getting any answers from them. Worse customer service ever.

It all started when I made the purchase. I bought the boots in size 40 and received size 36. When I requested an exchange, I had to cover the shipping costs for the return and size change, which was not cheap. After my package was received by the company, I didn’t get any response. A few days later, I sent an email to ask about the status of the correct size being sent, and I only received a reply several days later, informing me that the size I requested was out of stock and that it would take 65 days to send me the new boots. Yes, 65 days. At no point was I informed that the model I ordered was not available in my size. I could have exchanged it for another model that was in stock. When I contacted them again to ask whether the 65 days would be counted from the date I requested the exchange and paid extra for it, or from the day they received my return, I received no further response.

I ordered boots but they were too big and I wanted to reorder them a size smaller.
The website was not helpful at all therefore I contacted customer service for clarification. They were not helpful at all. Finally I received the needed information. One has to order the return label on the website - which will be sent via email - the shipping for an E-MAIL!!!!! Is almost 30€.

After asking customer service if this is correct they did not answer anymore.

Bought a pair of boots a couple months ago, no problems at all with the shipping and so on. But a couple weeks ago my front metal piece fell of because of me not being carefull - I contact them to hear where i can buy a new one that fits the model, and then they just send me a new one free of charge. Great customer service!

I bought very cool looking platform shoes for around 360euros but the quality is so bad. The lace hook just fell off?? Luckily there’s A very nice cobbler in my area who glued it back but I’m not happy with the quality. Shoes this expensive should have better quality

J'avais commandé en premier lieu la paire M-WALL373-C28 en taille EU 44 qui est ma vraie taille (chez Nike, Fila, Alpinestars...). Quand je les recois elles sont clairement trop grande, sauf que je découvre que pour faire un remplacement de taille il faut 30 balles car newrock ne prend rien d'autre que du DHL. Je demande donc un remplacement en taille 43. Après plusieurs semaines je recois la nouvelle paire qui est oskour toujours trop grande. Et là flemme de repayer 30 balles pour faire un nouveau remplacement en 42 cette fois.
Et recemment j'ai acheté HIGH BOOT BLACK REACTOR M-272-S1 cette fois-ci en taille 42 et en essayant, flute cette fois-ci c'est trop petit. J'en ai marre.
EDIT: New Rock m'a remboursé mes deux paires après un renvoi. Y compris la première que j'avais acheté 5 mois avant. Tant que les paires sont en parfait état, on peut toujours les renvoyer.
