Bought a pair of New rock boots for my wife's birthday paid 320 euro's the quality of the boot's very poor a nail sticking out of one of the boot's and the heel fell off as well returned the boot's one year later no sign of the boot's have asked for a refund and now the customer services do not answer my emails looks like I have lost 320 euro's.

I haven’t got my boots yet this is a warning about customer service and wait times. They do not disclose on their website if something is on back Oder and how long it will take for them to ship it to you. I had to call and ask they said 65 days which for back order is crazy this should be more directly disclosed before purchase I will update when I have the boots but so far that has been my experience maybe go through a alternative seller to the actual site if you want them faster. They are not a mass manufacture they are a make to order company which is great but It needs to be more openly and readily available knowledge in big bold letters on their website! If your shoes are discounted say limited availability they are most likely going to be on back Oder for at least 65 days

Was die Schuhe angeht kann ich nur sagen TOP TOP TOP! ich habe noch nie bequemere Schuhe getragen und die Qualität spricht für sich. Was allerdings den Retourenprozess angeht ist es wirklich kompliziert und absolut unübersichtlicht. Der Service hilft so semi bis gar nicht (ich bin gerade im Rückgabeprozess einer Jacke weil zu klein). Aber ich würde Stiefel IMMER dort kaufen - auf der offiziellen Seite natürlich.

I ordered boots directly from New Rock. The delivery company (MRW) delivered it to a canceled address, and someone else signed it under my name. I never received the package, and New Rock has done absolutely nothing to help me. They keep ignoring my emails and refuse to take responsibility. I lost my money and have no product. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be professional. Never ordering again.

Bei meinen 250 Euro Schuhe ist der Klettverschluss bereits nach 8 Monaten kaputt gegangen. Ich würde nicht nochmal bestellen. Man sollte meinen bei so teuren Schuhen, dass man hochwertige Qualität erwarten kann. Dem ist leider nicht so.

Great experience purchasing from the UK
I panicked after purchasing a pair of boots from the outlet section of the new rock website and then checking the reviews. However, my boots arrived in less than a week from Spain to UK, in perfect condition, and no fees or problems with them being imported. If your goods are less than £130 there is no additional charges to pay. So I ended up paying £108 total, including shipping, for a pair of boots priced at £300 in the UK. They even included a free key ring! Highly recommended from my experience, thank you New Rock!
I had a good experience despite negative reviews
I was very nervous ordering from newrock.com based on the really negative reviews, but I said I'd take the risk as the boots I wanted weren't available anywhere else. There was 20% off on the official website so I got the boots for about €80 discount. I cant fault my experience. The boots arrived well packaged, in the correct size and were the correct ones I ordered. It took 8 business days from order to delivery. The boots are so nice! They feel well made and are comfortable. I cant say how well they will last, but hopefully they'll last me a couple of years based on price. I can't comment on the customer service of the company, as I didn't need it. So based on my experience, if you order boots that are in stock on the website, and are fairly certain you won't be returning them, I think it's safe enough to order.

First time ordering shoes from New Rock.com (From Spain). From placing the order to receiving the item, it took a total of 6 days. This is not including the weekends. Ordered my usual size that is EU 38. They fit good but run a little big, which I was aware of. I always use soles in my shoes.
The package was in good shape upon arrival. The shoes were the correct size and model.
I was very nervous about the shoes, as many have had bad experiences with New Rock. So far I am happy with what I got. Though, I do not know how long these shoes will last me after use. Currently I would rate these shoes and my experience with New Rock with 4 stars. If they were to break within 3 years, the rating would drop to 2 stars. I payed 212 euros plus tax. Based on the price I would love for them to last me a minimum of 4 years. I am used to buying Buffalo sneakers. They usually last me 2 years before the ankle foam gets destroyed. As of now, New Rock and Buffalo shoes have about the same rating on here. I would say that New Rock definitely has better quality than the Buffalo shoes I bought in 2023. New Rock also wins Demonia easily in quality. I am an advocate for Solovair shoes always and would recommend them over Dr Martens easily. I would say to the people that are thinking about getting New Rock shoes that they shouldn't be worried about the quality that much. Though I have not felt and experienced the old quality of New Rock shoes, these are definitely a better investment than Buffalo, Demonia, Pleaser etc. The quality reminds me of Eytys platforms. The price is ok for the design elements and the quality.
Some have pointed out that maybe people are getting fake shoes from different websites or that quality control seems to fluctuate. I would keep that in mind when considering placing an order.
poor quality and customer service
I have 2 pair of new rock boots, the first one I got in size 37, too small returned them and was waiting for 2 months for exchange, no contact from them and 0 response to me reaching out if I will ever receive the shoes. The other pair I got in 38, they were MASSIVE, the same experience trying to get a different size. I wore the second pair quite frequently for 3 months, the metal pieces in the soles fell out and some of the hooks keeping the lace in place also did that. I went to get more of the hooks and I was met with 20 euro for shipping for 3 parts 1cm each, they could send it in a letter and there is no need for the shipping to be this much. I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of customer service they offer

It hurts me to write this as I’ve been wearing their boots for over 20 years. But their customer service does not exist. They just take your money and if you have a problem, you’re on your own. My box came damaged and a piece was missing. They did not reply to any of my emails. I disputed with PayPal and a week goes by, no reply. I escalate it to a claim and suddenly 24 hours later, they’ve replied to PayPal and expect me to pay return shipping on the item back to Spain from the United States, which will probably cost about the same as my refund. What a waste of money. They could literally just reply to my emails and send me the part instead but no. I have to jump through hoops for my shoes. A literal nightmare. Will purchase from a second party seller in the future instead if I can. Now I can’t get my old shoes fixed.

Schuhe kamen an, das auch relativ schnell. Waren mir leider zu groß und ich wollte einen Refund beantragen. Ich kann mit großer Gewissheit sagen, dass NewRock wirklich den schlechtesten Kundenservice hat, mit dem ich mich je abgeben musste. Meine email von vor 4 Wochen (über ihre Website), ist bis heute nicht beantwortet. Hierbei ging es mir lediglich um die Frage, wie das Refund System von NewRock funktioniert, weiö auch das muss eines der schlechtesten sein, die ich je gesehen hab. Letzten Endes dann auf gut Glück noch die 30€ für das Refundlabel verschwendet, was nach 1,5 Wochen ankam. 2 Sterne wirklich nur, weil das Produkt an sich nicht schlecht war und der volle Betrag von den Schuhen nach knapp 10 Tagen wieder auf meinem Konto war

Ich habe einen Newrock Schuh bestellt aus LEDER. Danach kam eine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung, dass sie eine vegane Version für mich erstellen werden. Als ich daraufhin reklamiert habe, entschuldigte sich eine Mitarbeiterin, names "Elena", dass sie mich falsch verstanden haben und ich einen Lederschuh erhalten werde. Darüber habe ich mich natürlich sehr gefreut.
Heute erhielt ich eine Rückzahlung mit der Begründung, solche Menschen wir mir, geben sie keine Newrock Boots. Ziemlich narzisstisches Verhalten, wenn man sein Recht erkämpft und für einen Lederschuh zahlt und man eine Plastikversion akzeptieren müsste. Die sind sind wohl Gegenwind nicht gewohnt.
Als ich alle Screenshots des Mailaustauschs an diese "Patrizia" sendete, meinte sie nur: ich sehe, dass das Gegenteil der Fall ist und ich sich nicht korrekt ausgedrückt hätte.
ICH MEIDE diesen Shop und bestelle in Zukunft über Ebay und / oder gehe nach London.
Spanien ist ja eine enorm toxische Frechheit.
Die schlechten Bewertungen stehen denen zu Recht zu. Bezahlt nur mit PP, so bekommt ihr den Betrag schnell zurück, falls was passiert.

J’ai commandé une paire de new rock le 16 décembre, suite à ça j’ai été débité et on m’a donné aucune nouvelles. Donc j’ai dû harceler de mail mais sans réponse. Au bout de 15 jours première réponse, il m’ont dit que la paire allait être envoyer dans la semaine mais 0 nouvelles. Donc j’ai du redemander des nouvelles et toujours rien. Suite à tout ça j’ai demandé un remboursement le 1er janvier et là nous sommes le 15 janvier et je n’ai ni mon remboursement ni ma paire de chaussures. Site médiocre et n’en parlons pas du service client !!!

No estoy contenta debido a la calidad-precio del producto. Voy a ordenar los puntos:
1. Pedí unas M-TANK-106-C2 con decoraciones, y por el precio que tienen, 330€, deberían ponerle las decoraciones ellos ya que son los que tienen el taller, y no los clientes. Utilizan una sola talla de decoraciones para las tallas entre 34-39, y por ello si pillas una 39 hay que ponerlo a presión. Hemos intentado ponerlo dos personas, y las dos nos hemos hecho daño, nisiquiera tiene las instrucciones de cómo ponerlas.
2.- Aunque he pedido una talla más pequeña de la que llevo, los zapatos quedan grandes, no se ajustan las tallas.
3.- En las partes en las que no se ve tanto el material utilizan material arrugado, arañado, cosa que no me parece bien para unos zapatos de 300€ o más, ya que por mucho que no se vea, el desgaste que tiene ya nuevo hace que la durabilidad del zapato sea menor y se empiece a despellejar antes.
4.-La devolución vale 10€, y tienes solo 15 días para devolverlas. Me las entregaron hace 7 días, y quiero devolver las decoraciones ya que no puedo ponerlas evidentemente, y no quiero gastarme 70€ para unos trozos de metal que van a coger polvo. Les hable a la página para que me mandaran un video de como ponerlas almenos para decidir si quedarmelas, me dijeron que lo iban a mandar y nada, además me mandaron un email sin contestar a lo que me parecía mal, simplemente para devolverlas, y yo quería devolver las decoraciones. No sé si no contestan para que pasen esos 15 días y no puedas devolverlo, pero la atención al cliente es muy mejorable.
