A recent transaction from ordering to delivery was excellent. However, the fact that Nisbets no longer accepts payment by cheque is an inconvenience for many Voluntary & Community groups who, for security reasons, may not have access to a debit/ credit card facilities. Marian O' Dwyer.

We understand that the change in our payment policy, specifically no longer accepting cheques, has caused inconvenience for some groups. We have recently changed banks and this is the reason behind the change. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Took payment out of stock
They took an order from me. Didn't send it. I had to contact them to be told they didn't have the item in stock. Then made it difficult to get a refund. Never again.

I just found it a very easy process. Delivery time was excellent and exactly when you said. Packaging was excellent too as it was glass I was worried but there was no sparing on wrapping. Well done and thank you.

Good, but really annoying when you place an order with products that look like they’re in stock, but then after paying you’re told they’re not and have to wait . Not great when it looks like next day delivery 😕
