Excellent customer service
I ordered some jars that were on next day delivery, unfortunately I only received one of 5 with no explanation, but when I rang customer service they were very efficient and helpful, explained the issue and helped me find a different product that suited my needs and the tight timeframe I needed them by, plus they price matched the replacement to the original product's. Excellent customer service and the high quality

Fly zapper
This summer the flies numbers were insane. The fly zapper we bought is easy to assembly,it came with a spare and it did great work from the first day. I wish I would have bought it at the beginning of summer. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and it was delivered the next day.

Outstanding service! Our item arrived damaged which I suspect was the delivery company, I emailed NISBETS and WITHIN 24 hours, our replacement arrived. Just in time for our event. I highly recommend NISBETS and will definitely be using them again.

Insconsistent delivery times compared…
Insconsistent delivery times compared to your promises. If your site tells me I'll receive the product within 2 days (next day delivery), I would expect it within at least 3. The product I ordered (expected in 7-10 days) is due to arrive on the 14th. I wouldn't mind unless it wad a product I was relying on.
