The product was excellent but the…
The product was excellent but the packageing was not so as there was no thought put into the client on the receiving end as each wheel was individually boxed into the crate so i had yo use a hammer and chisel to release it. This took s lot of time and i was afraid of damaging the fridge. The fridge could have been easliy secured within the crate without boxing in each wheel. I was lucky that graham and brendon from nisbits were on the phone to walk me through it. A little unfair giving one star as the product i received was fine and the nisbits staff very helpful but the packaging company not very

We understand how frustrating and concerning it must have been to face such a challenge, especially with the risk of damaging your new appliance.
We are, however, very glad to hear that the product itself met your expectations and that our team members were able to provide excellent assistance over the phone. Their dedication to helping our customers is something we value greatly.
Nisbets re-sent damaged package
I ordered a Buffalo induction hob in-store on 10 August, to be delivered by courier. Tracking information showed that the package had been damaged, and delivery was cancelled by the couriers. Nisbets emailed me on 18 August confirming that the couriers were returning the package to them and a replacement was being sent to me. The ‘replacement’ arrived on 26 August. I was not given notice of the delivery and it transpired that it was the original hob still in the original damaged display box. NO effort had been made to repair the package. The courier even presented the package damaged side down, so the damage would not be seen until he left. I previously found Nisbets to be quite good, but this experience has given me pause for thought. Just for clarity, the Buffalo display box WAS the shipping package. It had not been packed in any sort of protective packaging, on either occasion - as evidenced by the courier shipping labels that were still attached.

Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery. Excellent quality of products. Easy returns if you have bought the wrong size, and if an item is delivered damaged they will replace just as quick as they first delivered.

Didn’t receive my delivery
Didn’t receive my delivery. Nisbets failed to put my eircode on the delivery in spite of this being included on the order. The delivery was made somewhere else and a picture sent to me of somebody else’s back door.
