Schlimm
Schlimm. Sie bewerben 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie. Als ich vom Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen wollte, wurde ich über mehrere Mails hingehalten den Akku nicht doch zu behalten, was der Grund für die Rückgabe ist usw.
Als endlich in Aussicht gestellt wurde, dass ich den Akku zurückschicken könne, wurde ich ersucht, ihn noch 15-30 Tage zu behalten, da ihr Lager gerade zu voll ist.
Ich bestand darauf ihn sofort zurückzuschicken. Alles in allem hat es ewig gedauert, die Kommunikation war ominös und ich habe nun, da das Paket seit zwei Wochen durch die Post durchgestellt wurde, noch immer keine Rückmeldung oder Geld zurück erhalten.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell XPS 13 9360
I ordered a replacement battery for my notebook Dell XPS 13 9360. Shipping was fast. The battery looked like the original Dell battery. Two of the screw lugs in the battery frame were slightly offset to the position in the computer frame but it was possible to fasten them without problems. After connecting the new battery it was not possible to start the computer. There was no response to the power button and no LEDs were lit. Connecting the power adapter did not change that. Exchanging with the original battery did not work either. It still was not possible to start the computer. Only after disconnecting the CMOS battery and resetting the computer by pressing the power button for 30 seconds it was booting again with the original battery installed. A second and third trial showed the same behavior so I was requesting a return code to get a replacement of the supposedly malfuncioning new battery. Support was asking me for a detailed description of the failure and how it occured. I had supplied a comprehensive description already with my request for exchange. But I sent an improved detailed description again. Then they were asking for fotos or videos to document the failure. As the computer would not boot with the new battery I wondered what that should show. Nevertheless I made a new effort and made videos of the replacment procedure. To my own surprise this time the computer booted with the new battery connected (this was my 5th trial). The new battery is working fine now and the capacity is as advertised. So I would recommend everybody that encounters a similar behavior to make the effort of a few more trials before asking for an RMA number.1

notebookakku.at seem a chinese Shill not willing to be serious and obeying consumer laws
I ordered an Battery for my Fujitsu Notebook which died during the shipping procedure.
Now i want to return my ordered Battery and asked for a reshipping Code. Notebookakku.at gives me the Feeling of watching a Monty Python Clip (the one with the dead Parrot if you know ;o)) ). The Customer Service first meant i should wait a month or so because they are "having trouble with reorganizing their shop". When i insisted to get an Reshipping code they meant i should keep the battery in good shape and accept half the sum and after resending get the second half WITHOUT giving me a Return-Send-Code. I ordered at notebookakku.at which made me think of beeing an Austrian Shop but the Service resides at Aolisite Electronic Co. Ltd (mail address: cs01_at_aolstecell.com). I am very disappointed and feeling like fooled. If it goes better i will let you know immediatly.

Finger weg!!!
Der neu gekaufte Akku ist reinster Mist. Nach dem vollständigen Laden hält er keine paar Minuten bis er wieder komplett leer ist und das Notebook schaltet einfach ab.
Finger weg von diesen Akkus. Ich hoffe nur, dass er sich nicht aufbläst und so einen viel größeren Schaden verursacht.
