My personal loan is paid off as i…
My personal loan is paid off as i settled the agreement 3 years early. I am still being charged the monthly cost even though the loan is paid, I emailed there support August 11th and received an automatic reply stating I'd have a response within 2 business days, It is currently September and I'm yet to have a response.
There billing area shows all my loans are paid and closed yet they keep charging me.

We've located the enquiry you previously raised about this matter, along with the response we provided on the same day (15:07). For clarity, that response confirmed which of your agreements had been settled and which remained active.
As you've indicated you're unsure about the direct debits, I've asked the team to resend the email that we previously sent which included the retailer name, agreement start date and monthly payment amount, which should help explain the payments appearing on your account.
We also offer access to agreement information through our online account and mobile app, making it easy to view and manage one or multiple agreements at any time. If you'd like us to review anything further, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.
