Absolutely horrendous, do not recommend!!
I should have come here and read the reviews first before using them. Been over a week now and the flowers I ordered were not delivered and the customer service is beyond horrible

I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed an order on Monday night, paid for overnight shipping & they arrived on Thursday (looking terrible, definitely not worth what I paid). In addition, the customer service was an absolute joke. These people sounded like they’d never had a day of training in their life, kept putting me on a silent mute & hanging up on me unprovoked? Disgusting excuse for a business

This is disappointing as I did specifically ask for a few basic things at the start and they were not met.
I live in Melbourne but at the moment I am in China, so I was relying on you providing the service of delivery confirmation and providing the image of the finished product and to confirm the card message was correct and also to confirm the vase was a suitable blue as the deceased is male and for future reference I would know what to expect it reality for the price we paid if we were to use your services again, the image provided does not elude to any of these.
The name and number of the recipient was also provided so the delivery could be liased with that person as they were not expecting it.
I was specifically not intending to check with the recipient due to the passing of her father, so this is not ideal.
Obviously now based on reviews i wll unlikely get a professional response which is rubbish
Deeply regrettable experience
I should have used another service but the website was convincing and over promised.

Worst service ever, asked and paid for same day delivery for a friends birthday and got in just before the advised cut off time. Delivered TWO DAYS LATER by New Zealand Couriers! It's a perishable item so this is an absolute scam!

The bouquet was not delivered on the day requested, arrived on the day of the funeral. There was no card, just a ticket that was printed off from the order with my sympathy note. The bouquet was shocking looked nothing like the picture and only had 2 blooms for $120 bouquet I could have got a better bunch from the dairy for $30. I was so embarrassed having known this family for 40 years. Complained and demanded a full refund which was denied. I have requested a replacement bouquet to be sent to me from a reputable florist. Do not order from this shoddy business!!

Super disappointed. For $180, Flowers were delivered over a day late, they were nothing like the photo, not even the same type of flower. Flowers were browning, in plain, cheap looking wrapping. Vase was missing from the order. I think they came from Australia? Not 100% sure but considering the shipping confirmation email was an Australian email and they were late on delivery with the flowers already browning, I can only assume.

I ordered from Waikato NZ. I’ve ordered before from Amy’s flowers and Le Fleur, both located in Hamilton and they have always been immaculate and prompt on delivery, even on busy holidays like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day. I only tried NZ Blooms to explore a new options online, but never again!!

Scam scam scam. Absolutely shit service. They don't have same day delivery. The don't and won't refund. Im sorry to say but 3 different Indians spoke to me and they said wait 1 minute, put me on hold and kept telling me its getting sorted. Someone bring these pricks to justice please. Not a happy camper. If i lived in Auckland they would definitely be getting a visit

Flower arrangement underwhelming, 'masonry' jar more like a jam jar that didn't support the flowers, contacted company and got underwhelming response. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Its a scam shadow website and they probably have many others connected to the same warehouse in Auckland. Do NOT USE! they send a BOX OF FLOWERs in overnight courier not same day as advertised, the content will be half what you ordered and weltered garbage. You pay for what you get. If you call them to question they will have a list of programmed excuses like the local shop is not available right now. Tui YEAH RIGHT>

I paid NZ$225.00 for a designer arrangement and received a much cheaper substitute that was not even arranged professionally. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I sent in a complaint along with a photo but was told I did not send it in quick enough and that they thought it was fine.

Very disappointing experience with NZ Blooms.
I ordered flowers from Australia for an elderly recipient in Auckland on 20 August, at a cost of approximately $170. Given the price and the fact that the flowers were for an elderly person, I expected clear communication and confirmation that the order had been delivered to the correct recipient.
The only update I initially received was that the order was being prepared and scheduled for delivery. When I contacted them later in the evening to check on the delivery, I was told that the flowers were still in transit and scheduled for delivery that day. The following day, after receiving no delivery confirmation, I contacted them again and was then told that the order had supposedly been delivered at 7:38 PM on 20 August.
What is particularly concerning is that NZ Blooms has admitted that their delivery report does not confirm who actually received the order. So, after spending $170, I still have no way of knowing whether the flowers reached the correct person at all.
Delivering flowers to an elderly recipient at 7:38 PM is also far from ideal, as they may already be asleep, and I had specifically raised my concerns that the recipient goes to bed early.
The communication was confusing, delayed and inconsistent. I also requested a photo of the flower arrangement but was told this could not be provided.
For a premium-priced order, I expected much better customer service, clearer tracking, reasonable delivery communication and, most importantly, confirmation that the flowers were actually delivered to the intended recipient. Unfortunately, I cannot confidently say that this order was successfully delivered.

One star is even too high.

Payed extra for Same day delivery, arrived 4 days later so missed the anniversary all together. The pathetic bunch of Roses were half dead by the time they arrived. And they would not refund me. Theiving pricks. DO NOT SHOP WITH NZ BLOOMS!!

- They do not deliver same day unless near Auckland - flowers ordered 2 days early arrived a day late!
- Half the number of blooms delivered than what was paid for 11 vs 30 (paid for)
- Their willingness to compensate is also disgusting (We have to ship the flowers back to them to get a 1/2 price credit on their business)
- Extremely arrogant and unhelpful

I ordered flowers on Sunday for Monday delivery, but was told they could not be delivered until Tuesday. I immediately cancelled the order, and the company acknowledged my cancellation.

Despite this, they still sent the flowers. They arrived overnight in a closed box from Onehunga to Wellington, were dead on arrival, and the fern was plastic, completely different from what was advertised.

I am now dealing with a call centre in India that is refusing to refund me, while my emails are going unanswered. I have asked them to arrange a courier to collect the dead flowers, but they refuse and instead expect me to pay to send the flowers back to them.

I DID NOT ASK FOR THESE FLOWERS TO BE SENT. You acknowledged my cancellation. So why should I have to pay to return something we both agreed to be cancelled.

Absolutely appalling customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience. Think twice before ordering from this company.

My husband ordered 250.00 worth of flowers for our 41st wedding anniversary and stipulated that they needed to be dropped off on the 3rd of Auguist, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm according to my roster. The flowers that should off been a surprise did not arrive and after my husband asked if I had received a package at work, which I hadn't, he then tried to contact them by phone and again via the feedback on their website. He never had a reply. On arriving at work the next day the flowers had been left at the entrance at around 6.30 pm and on noticing the package our night cleaners decided to put them inside the building. The flowers had been left without water so were not in the best of condition and were certainly not worth the 250.00 my husband spent. I am a little confused also, as to the packaging on the box as it was packaged in a Bloomex box, to which I believe are not the same company. I would definitely will not be ordering of them again and recommend that you stay well away from this company. Rip offs.

Flowers look nothing like the photo, theres is way less than expected, the card I paid 6 NZD for only contains the receipt and not the message I left on the site. The flowers came a day late, and I've been reciving spam calls ever since ordering. The flowers look almost whitered already upon arrival. They also dilivered it to the wrong adress.

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered flowers for a dear friend of mine to be delivered the next day. They rang me on the delivery day to advise me that they had issues and could not deliver that day. I requested for a full refund I tead and was advised that they will do their best to deliver the same day. I called them again to get an update on delivery time and they told me they can't deliver and offered next day delivery with a free upgrade - so I gave them a chance and agreed. Then I got an email at 9 PM advising that they can not deliver the next day and would deliver the following day. I then stood my ground and requested for a full refund but they refused to refund me. Instead they were offering me credit. I advised them that I do not want services from them anymore. They have stopped replying.

Ordered flowers from Australia for my sister in NZ. I wanted same day delivery. Paid for flowers then got told they will be delivered in 3 days - then got told the flowers had been picked up and would be delivered in 6 days - BY WHICH TIME THE FLOWERS WILL BE DEAD!!! Wont give me a refund so ringing my bank to cancel the payment. This is an absolute SCAM
