Love my chair. It came on time and was easy to put together. Just what I needed.

Tyler Hookanson handled my account, and I don't see how he could have done a better job. He responded with fabric samples very quickly, and answered all my questions. When Fed-Ex sent me some misleading information, he was right off the mark, calling them, explaining the misunderstanding, and making sure I got my Hag Capisco chair on time. After I put the chair together, I had two leftover pieces that made me worry I'd done something wrong. Tyler immediately answered my letter, knew what the pieces were, and explained how they were part of the packaging. All of our conversations were cordial and friendly. In a world where customer service is often perfunctory or downright rude, he was a breath of fresh air! (Also, the chair is fantastic--everyone who sits in it wants one.)

My desks never shipped and you will not answer my messages asking for a status update.

UPDATE 070622: I see OfficeChairs USA response - When I posted this publicly, I had left a voice message and 2 different email inquiries which they didn't respond to for days afterward. Keep in mind - desks were originally supposed to ship June 17.

Also, the desks randomly arrived last week with no notice. The delivery company was very upset that we did not have plans in place to accept the desks - but how would we know - we never received tracking and was told they were shipping in July now. I even told them we already received their desks and they're still here posting saying that they will ship soon.

Take some responsibility.

I recently had extensive back surgery and have been unable to get in and out of regular furniture. The higher chair allows me to sit and stand comfortably. Solidly constructed and comfortable. Easy to assemble.

I’m very happy I made this purchase and this happened after a whole month of researching for medical office chairs.

These chairs are pricey but so comfortable. If you are sitting for a good amount of your day spend the money and get a chair that will be comfortable. There can be a wait to get the chair after you order it. I truly think they are worth the wait and the price.

Have not received my order even though it “shipped” a month ago and no one will provide me any tracking or respond to my emails….

Tyler was so helpful and I have been able to order a replacement cover in the color of the original (maybe 10 years old) fabric. Very happy!

Chairs delivered in good condition within the time frame that was given. The chairs themselves are well built, very easy to assemble and are great from any office setting.

My chair arrived broken. Office chairs immediately processed the warranty claim and sent a new seat which was awesome. But the seat came unassembled and I had no instructions so I still couldn't put my seat together.

This is the second chair I have purchased from this company. The quality is excellent and the assembly was not difficult. They have a wide variety of specialty chairs! I highly recommend their products!
