After using chairs that "I inherited" at the office for years and buying my own cheap, one-size-fits- all chairs at garage sales... I don't mind buying nice clothes, spending on hobbies, etc. But, somehow I could not make myself spend extra money on a personal chair. Now, I am so very happy that I finally ordered MY CHAIR, for my size, for my comfort. My new chair is everything and more than I wanted. I got the most comfortable, supportive, and perfect sized chair that fits my 5'1" height. It is also very attractive. Go ahead, without further hesitation, and buy yourself a personalized chair. The money that I spent only a month ago has proven its worth 10x's over. I've had very significant benefits in a short amount of time. I named my chair ZEN. Overall this company is great. I left off a star because I had to call to find out where my order was, the guys in the warehouse didn’t assign a tracking number. But the individual I spoke to when I called customer service immediately figured everything out. I did not have to sit and wait on hold when I called either and that was a plus.

I ordered a sliding keyboard tray. It is heavy duty, the runners are high quality and the distance between the tray and the underside of the desk is adjustable so my ergonomic keyboard fits perfectly. Installation would have been easier if there were instructions and/or a template. There were no predrilled holes to mount the slides to the tray and I was worried about being able to align everything straight enough for the slides to function properly. I used a carpenter square and a level and everything turned out fine.

I didn’t receive directions on how to put the darn chair together that I paid close to $300 for. Luckily I was smart enough to figure it out but there’s this one plastic push piece that I have no idea where it goes. It would be nice to get the actual assembly instructions emailed to me .

This chair has changed everything! I actually wasn't even convinced that a chair could change my back, but it has! I am an artist and I am hunched over detailed work for long hours. The backwards seat back works great. The whole thing is adjustable for your body type.
