Oustanding: fast, friendly, informative, kind
I worked with a customer service representative named Tyler. Tyler was extremely helpful and supportive to my case. My chair was delivered with some damage.
Tyler quickly let me know what to do, and how the issue would be resolved. He made the entire process painless and simple to execute: Order #, Photos of damage, where on the chair, and an email address to send it to - from there we hear back in a day or so from the manufacturer for a replacement.
This sort of customer service is outstanding, and makes me feel great - I will but from Office Chairs USA in the future because of this customer support.

Poor Customer Service and Pieces Missing
The website ensures free shipping, but I was charged shipping fees. My order did not ship when it was supposed to. I received it over a week later than promised. When I did receive my order, I was missing pieces to the desk. I was missing the top countertop piece and the drawers. I contacted OfficeChairsUSA and they assured me I would hear from the shipping company within 24 hours to receive the pieces that were missing. A week passed and I had to reach out again. I finally received the remaining pieces 5 days later. The quality of the product is good and sturdy, however the experience of the purchase was very poor as I did not receive my item in a timely manner and I had to reach out to the company multiple times to receive it in full.

Chairs for big dogs.
I needed a new computer chair for my home office. After visiting several physical stores, nothing worked for my needs; they only had those uncomfortable "gaming" chairs.
A friend recommended OfficeChairsUSA so I gave it a look. I was pleasantly surprised to find several chairs that were designed for big and tall people, and I ended up buying a Magnum Heavy Duty Ergonomic Tilter on an Open Box special.
For an Open Box special, the chair arrived in virtually new condition, with very little wear and no defects. Assembly was a snap (or several due to the nature of assembling chairs), and i am quite happy with the product recieved.
So far, I believe I have gotten my money's worth and that is quite a bit. You pay for quality.

Long wait to ship items
Online states items ship in 15 business days, 3 weeks later still no shipping date, I contacted them and they were quick to reply that the ship date was still 2 weeks our. I ended up canceling the order but customer service was quick to process the refund.

I searched for a website that wasn't amazon that sold a highly-rated Hon office chair we were looking for and came across OfficeChairs USA. They are a local, accountable US-based company and were extremely attentive. Their price was slightly higher than the behemoth websites, but they happily matched it and we were sold. Delivery of the chair was slightly delayed through no fault of OfficeChairs USA but it arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend OfficeChairs USA if you're looking for office furniture.

The Hag Capisco chair ROCKS!
I had a great experience with OfficeChairs USA. I purchased the Hag Capisco chair in an absolutely beautiful Sapphire blue color with a black base and a foot ring. This is my second Capisco chair and it is THE BEST CHAIR EVER. I had the last one for over a decade and it was still functionally sound, but I ripped the fabric on the chair (user error). I can sit on it this chair forward, backward, high (with my legs curled back), low (with my legs forward). I put my feet up on the foot-ring, down on the floor, or on my foot rest (not included). The chair is so customizable, sturdy, and helps me to sit in many different ways so that my back never aches from being in the same position all day, which is a major problem with other chairs. I know the seat looks tiny. I'm a large/curvy gal, and it's super comfortable. Plenty of seat for your booty, but it allows your legs some range of motion without the full seat under your legs. Hard to explain, but it really does work. I even sit with one leg curled up under my butt sometimes... plenty of seat space. With respect to OfficeChairs USA, my chair arrived quickly and perfectly boxed. It was easy to set up (10 minutes tops). Great customer service. I would buy from this vendor again for sure.
