Wit high back WFH mesh task chair

We received the home office chair that we ordered in a timely manner. It arrived in perfect condition and assembly was simple and straightforward and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely order furniture from them again
We have used the chair for 2 months now and my husband is very happy with it. It looks nice in our home office, it’s very comfortable with great adjustments and he loves the lumbar support most of all

Purchasing the 24/7 Next24 model at OfficeChairs USA

Im a SW entrepreneur which means the most important tool in my belt is essentially the chair I’m in. Generally I try to purchase Built For Life type products. The chair I bought almost 20 years ago (the CXO6200D) has handled that load but finally died. So stepping up notch to to replace CXO (and the CXO is a great chair) the BodyBilt chair fit the demands perfectly.
Focusing on the comfort the chairs goals are described in the second paragraph in the pamphlet’s info ”… to an Open-Posture similar to what the human body assumes in a the stress-free weightless environment.” This is essential when writing software in 3 album spurts (about 2 1/2 hrs). One thing to note is RTFM.. Yes these have a lot of adjustments and you have to set it up right. Took me a while and I’m sure I'm still learning.
And for the solidness and durability: perfect… Our shop is a working studio so these chairs are moved often between shop spaces. Im really looking forward to this chair being in our family for generations.
The key to this working was the support from OfficeChairs USA helping me select the right size chair with the right parts. Their support has been very helpful along the journey and I look forward to purchasing more chairs from them in the near future.

Excellent customer service

Customer service was excellent. Quick response to emailed questions. The chair, SitOnIt high back task chair, is good quality. It came beautifully packaged to protect components. The 3-4 parts assembled easily.

Even though we measured our desk…

Even though we measured our desk several times, the keyboard tray fits great, but feels bigger than I expected. Looks good too. My Bluetooth Mac mouse doesn’t seem to roll well with the built in mouse pad, so added my own little pad right on top. Overall, very satisfied.

Standing desk ordered and never…

Standing desk ordered and never received. Attempted to communicate with no direct response two weeks after desk said scheduled to ship. Guess next step is dispute the charge to recover the funds charged on the day ordered. Too bad, as I’d rather have the desk.

Good morning Kevin and our apologies for the communication gap here. Our records do indicate that we did advise you by e-mail two days after your order was placed that your Conset HAT desk was projected to ship on or about January 17th, 2022.

I personally called Conset this morning and was told that due to supply chain constraints (we see this all too often) that they split your order and shipped from two different warehouse locations. In fact, one section of your desk is out for delivery today with UPS. Tracking has been shared with you through our system email. Section two of your order is currently in transit and that too will be sent over privately. Conset is typically a great communicator but in this case they have not come through.

Frankly we hope that once you have this great desk that you let us know what you think about it in terms of a fresh review. We have had excellent luck with Conset but always eager to learn more from our customers and what they find first hand after some use.

Ordered a Eurotech chair and received in a week. Had a minor problem with a missing piece (totally not needed but nice to have ) and called OfficeChairs. Cant remember who I spoke to but was told he'd contact EuroChairs and have the missing piece sent out. Piece arrived in 3 days. Kudos to OfficeChairs for quick service - very professional !! Would def use again !!

This is not a reflection of the…

This is not a reflection of the merchandise which was "as ordered", but more about the delivery. I am a disabled senior and don't get out much so I was surprised when a neighbor came to the door and asked me if I knew I had a delivery by the garage door. The garage is being converted so it isn't where the delivery needed to go. But that said, there was no doorbell or knock on the door, no call to let me know it had been delivered, no nothing. Fortunately the weather was okay, but I believe it had been sitting outside in the elements for two days before the neighbor helped me unpack it and bring the chairs in for me. I don't expect 5-star delivery from anyone any more, but a simple email or call to let me know it had been delivered would have been appreciated, especially for what I paid for the chairs.

Good morning Charlotte. Your Capisco chair has shipped with FedEx Ground and we are in the process of updating you with tracking. Sorry for any confusion, but Trust Pilot sends automated invites like this on a 30 day basis. At times, on some special order merchandise such as this, the product ships at a later date. It can be confusing.

When you have your Capisco we would really like to hear from you if you would rate the chair itself for the benefit of our other shoppers and our team here. We do look forward to seeing that soon!

We hope this chairs performance and comfort makes up for the lag in production time that we saw. So much of this is beyond our control and just for the record, we did send an estimated ship date update to your email several days after order placement. Perhaps your email filter snagged that?

Made a big mistake buying from OCUSA.u…

Made a big mistake buying from OCUSA.u had to replace headrest and chair back due to issue with headrest. With the replacement still having issue with headrest.email to OCUSA and Open Plan regarding this issue have had no response. I had to remove the screw in the stop at bottom of neck of headrest in order to adjust it.

Good morning Gerald. I apologize that this headrest hurdle posed problems for you. The situation with my associate Tyler and his tireless pursuit to help you drew my attention more than a few times. If this problem still lingers please let Tyler or myself know.

The Open Plan B1 chair has been a part of our product mix since 2015. We have sold many hundreds of this model without any issues. I would sense that this was an unusual situation in that the mounting of this simple headrest was not that easy for you. We trust you are past this stage and now the chair is fully fitted out. As mentioned above if it is not connect with us right away.

Hoping for the benefit of others that you can circle back and rate the chair for its comfort, support and performance once you are settled in. That would be a benefit to all since we have nothing but positive comments on the chair since day one. I hope and suspect that this is your impression as well. If it is not the chair is in fact returnable and happy to assist with that.

Chair was ordered November 8

Chair was ordered November 8, 2021, delivered January 18, 2022, for the price I would have expected faster service. That being said, it was ordered during a pandemic, when millions of people are ordering office furniture to work from home. I did not order a stock item and understand custom orders and supply chain issues at this crazy time in our world are causing many problems.

The communications with OfficeChairs USA was second to none, rapid response and understanding as I occasionally vented. I have not opened the shipping box yet as I have not had time, but anticipate perfection.

Straightforward ordering, longer than advertised wait.

Ordering process was easy. I received confirmation of my order quickly when placed on December 10th. The website stated that order would ship within 15 days. It is January 15th and I have not received the order nor have I gotten any updated communication. I certainly understand that everything is difficult to come by these days, but the information of the site was misleading.

Hi Steven. By now you should be in receipt of your Lesro reception chairs. We show that they shipped on January 17th. We apologize for the delay but the factory has had some Covid-19 issues that have slowed them down. This factor paired with an exceptionally high demand for lounge and waiting-room orders it has put a crimp in their workflow.

The chair is amazing, it got here with no problem, you guys have a great price as well. My only issue is that It took a long time from when I purchase the chair till it got here. I was waiting for it for more than four weeks.

There was a bit of a delay in shipping, according to the system notes, (this was relayed to you in December) but the very good news is that FedEx picked this HAG chair up yesterday and its now in transit due to arrive in Whitesboro at your Monday the 17th. The tracking was relayed to you earlier today.
