WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Will never be ordering from this company again. Absolutely appalled with the customer service from Office Shoes.
I placed an order which was sent via Yodel, and the delivery driver falsely marked the parcel as “refused” even though I was at home, answered the buzzer, and let him into the building. The parcel was never delivered.
Since then, I have contacted Office Shoes via email and received no response at all. Their customer service has completely ignored the situation, leaving me without my order and no update on where my parcel is or whether it will be redelivered.
It is unacceptable to take payment from customers and then fail to provide any support when something goes wrong with delivery, especially when the issue is clearly not the customer’s fault.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as if anything goes wrong, you may be left chasing with no help or accountability.
Very disappointing experience.

Product never delivered despite a long wait. Review left but ‘moderated’ so it was not published. Disappointing outcome for an excited 5 year old expecting her shoes.
Am sure the product would be fine / the retailer let us down.

Awful experience once again
Awful experience once again. Wrong shoes received, returned, but not even received communications from them until chased. I was blamed for sending back not what they sold me, rudely cut off the conversation, and advised that if I do not collect the shoes, they will bin them. They still claim payment.
Missing item
I reported a missing item back on 19 December 2025. Office did not acknowledge this. I have since been chasing for an update. Now they have advised if i still have the packaging nearly two months later which i had already advised was damaged on receipt of the item now they are saying it is in the T&C that I would need to keep the packaging. Luckily I have a dispute outstanding with Klarna fingers crossed i get a resolution in which im still waiting on .
Clearly a SCAM by providing substandard goods which when you return, you are not refunded the full amount due to you.
If I can help one person by warning them of how OFFICE SHOES operates, I'm happy to lose the money they have stolen from me.
I returned a pair of boots as faulty but they refunded me my money minus £6.94 for P&P ,(not the £2.95 as stated in their returns policy), telling me that the boots had been recorded as a return, despite me handwriting on their return paperwork that I wanted an exchange.

Placed an order yodel tried to deliver but was at work, emailed office customer service to ask if they can give permission for parcel to be left in safe place or change delivery address, 4 emails later no help, so between office shoes and their couriers Yodel, i have paid foe goods I cannot get

I purchased some sandals back in summer, which were faulty.
I was advised to post the sandals back to them out of of my own money and that I would be reimbursed if a fault was found for the item and my postage (numerous photos sent via email showing the sandals had fallen apart after very little wear)
These sandals were posted back in August, and despite constant emails I have my money back for the sandals but not the postage cost they promised,

No contact, a chat service that never works, emails that take weeks to be responded to, they literally have your money and run.
Return costs are not reimbursed
Return costs are not reimbursed, even though the mistake (packaging two different shoes) was the fault of the shop and the shop had demanded that our daughter had to send the unequal pair of shoes back from Switzerland to the UK... This means that for the mistake made by this unspeakable shop she had to pay an additional 20 francs for NOTHING at all (no shoes, no accommodation) and another 20 francs, which, according to the Office Shoes employee, will be reimbursed to us "without any problem". The case has been going on for 8 months...

Similar to everyone else’s review on here which I wish I read. No contact number. No agents available in live chat, 5 working days to reply to emails. Do not use

Same issues as everyone else ordered boots on 11 December and have received no tracking number only an order confirmation. 3 to 5 days we were told, nothing ! No contact at all, live chat not working, phone numbers no longer exists and emails aren't replied too. Guessing they are going under and stealing money at this point. Can somebody respond please ?

I ordered some uggs for my mother in laws birthday (3-5 working day delivery) I was sure they would arrive beforehand as I ordered them 2 weeks in Advance. Yodel lied 3 days consecutively saying that they had been at my door, I have a ring door camera and nobody even passed my house in those 3 days. I contacted office, it took them a few days to get back to me, they told me they needed another 5 working days to investigate, after 5 working days I contacted them again asking for an update and they said that they would declare the parcel missing. I asked for a refund and they emailed me saying a refund would be processed within 5 working days. I waited 5 days and on the 5th day I received a notification from my bank saying that they had processed the refund that same day and it would take another 5 working days to receive the refund. All in all, 40 days with my money and no product or refund, just headaches.
The whole experience has made me never want to shop online again. If you go to a shop, this cannot happen to you and you take your product home with you that same day.
Scam company
They are just stealing people's money at this point. Similar to all the other reviews, ordered trainers as a christmas present and yodel did not deliver the package and have no idea where it is. Office now wont refund my money and are impossible to contact. Been emailing for weeks and they continually refuse to refund but cannot say where the order is.

Truly awful experience with these guys. Do not buy from them. They are impossible to contact, there's no phone number just live chat, which doesn't seem to be live as I've been waiting over an hour for a response. They also use the absolute worst courier firm for their deliveries (Yodel). Leave well alone if you value your sanity and your money.

Avoid at all cost
I am very unhappy with my experience with Office Shoes. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, but I never received my parcel which was in fact a present for my 82 grandfather. What’s worse, the communication has been terrible — no updates, no clear explanation, and no helpful support. I’ve been left waiting with no product and no resolution.
I have sent email after email with several different ticket numbers but feel like I am constantly being dismissed completely and ignored by the retailer.
For a company of this size, I expected much better service. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from Office Shoes again unless they seriously improve their delivery process and customer support.
I would really appreciate if the retailer would get back to me, as I have paid for goods that I have not received, so I would hope that they would come up with a solution if they want to gain my custom again.
Hopefully they can come to an arrangement of either a refund or a replacement as this matter has highly stressed me out especially at this time of the year as I stated earlier it was a present. I would be grateful if someone could contact me ASAP about this matter.

Avoid Buying Online – Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability
I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens Chelsea Boots from Office on the 20th of November, expecting delivery within 3–5 working days. According to Yodel, the parcel was “delivered” on the 25th of November, but when I went to collect it, there was nothing there.
I raised the issue with Yodel, who, after a few phone calls, advised me to request a refund from Office as the parcel was either stolen or lost. And that’s where the real nightmare began. As others have said, Office’s customer service is appalling. There is no phone number to call, and the only options are a chatbot-style live chat or email. If you do manage to get a human on chat, they simply repeat scripted answers no matter what you ask.
Their policy is to open an “investigation” with Yodel and make you wait 48 hours. After that, I was told I’d need to wait up to 10 working days for their claims department to email me a form. The entire process is unnecessarily long and clearly goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As a customer, you’re trapped in their red tape while they delay taking responsibility.
I hope I eventually get my refund, but in the meantime I’ll be seeking advice from Citizens Advice.
Learn from my mistake and avoid buying online from Office.

Shoes arrived grubby with marks and fingerprints. I think I was sent shoes that were tried on on multiple occasions. I asked to return them to store but was refused as I had ordered them online. However, if I wanted to send them back I would have to pay postage myself. I thought this was very unfair.
