I recently placed an order for a pair of On Trainers
I recently placed an order for a pair of On trainers. I was charged £120 and received a dispatch email, but the email did not include a tracking link or tracking number. It has now been over 48 hours, and there has been no update on the delivery status. I have tried contacting customer service, but there appears to be no working phone number, the live chat does not connect, and I have not received any response to my previous email.

Terrible customer service and terrible couriers - my item has been with the courier for over a week now and there is no sign of it showing up anytime soon - all the while I am out of pocket and waiting for my order. needed as I am going on holiday. I will not be ordering from Office again

Placed an order to be delivered to my local store. Payment was taken and an email received advising despatch. Collection expected in 3-5 working days - told to await confirmation email.
After 5 days had passed, I contacted customer services only to be told
(a) delivery starts from day of despatch (well knock me down with a feather!), and weekends are not included in delivery times. Ummm, yes, I do understand what ‘working days’ means. I am also capable of counting to five (apparently customer services are not);
(b) they are unable to track click and collect orders;
(c) to keep an eye on my emails for further updates. (My goodness, I would never have thought of that!); and
(d) if there is anything else I would like assistance with, to keep in touch. (After having been explicitly told they cannot assist.)
In the meantime, I have received an email asking me to review the shoes I have not received.
Next step, try online chat. This says it is available “24 hours a day, 7 days a week”. At no time have I been able to get this function to work. Nothing happens when I click the link. I have tried multiple devices and different times of the day.
How about calling the local store? OK. Let’s get the telephone number from the website. Guess what? “The number you have called is not recognised.”
A google search provided the correct number. I spoke to a lovely young man (the only reason I don’t begrudge the one star of my rating) who did his best to assist and come up with a solution for if the order arrives when I am unable to collect within 2 weeks.
Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.
Sold me shoes with destroyed packaging then refused return - AVOID!
What an absolute disgrace of a company. Bought Birkenstock sandals at their Kingston store where the box was completely destroyed. Staff offered me a paper bag instead - seemed reasonable at the time. Got home, tried them on properly, wrong size. Went back to return them WITH my receipt and they refused because I didn't have the box - THE BOX THEY GAVE ME DESTROYED!
Now they're claiming they "warned me" about returns needing the box - complete lies! I asked them to check their precious CCTV to prove what really happened and guess what? They refused! Wonder why?? 🤔
Customer service is a joke - they just backed the store without any investigation. Niall from customer service had the nerve to say he's "confident/happy" with how I was treated. Happy about lying to customers and trapping them with products they can't return?!
I'm out £105 for sandals I can't even wear because Office Shoes gave me damaged packaging then used it against me. They know exactly what they're doing - it's a deliberate scam. Check the reviews people - I'm clearly not the only one they've done this to!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Go to literally any other shoe shop. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Currently taking this to Trading Standards and Resolver. Absolutely vile company with zero integrity.
Empty box of shoes
The company is an absolute joke. I received my empty box of Birkenstock shoes on Saturday. Then I tried to contact the stupid live chat because they don’t have a contact number and you can’t make a complaint because they just block you from it! The stupid chat that I had with a person called Laura said that because the box was not damaged, neither was the box that basically I am lying!😡 She then proceeded to say there is CCTV to show, now have to wait to see if Paypal will get a response from them. Worst company ever! I’d give them a minus -10, let alone 1! They’re vile. I wish I came on here first.

Office charged me £100 the product never arrived. The customer service is completely unresponsive. I'm still chasing a refund after 10 working days. Most of what they sell is available elsewhere, save yourself the trouble and the money and buy it somewhere else.

Having emailed their help email there is no customer service they have not taken ownership instead tell me to return at my cost then they will refund. When I queried it the staff blocked my email. I have gone shopping every weekend at Uxbridge store, but learned the lesson the hard way. The customer service at the store just wants to sell, no customer service at any point after buying. All they want to redirect you to live chat, which is non-existent and never replied. Please avoid this office Uxbridge store at any cost. Never buy them again.

My friend purchased faulty UGG boots but as they had been worn for a week they sent off rather than refunded. They took her number as she didn't have an email , but failed to get back to her. She went back in store over a month later and was given a written note from the manager and was told to email customer services. I did this they asked for details, then store then email of my friend which she doesn't have. Then have ignored again for 6 weeks . When I have gone on line to leave this review was quite shocked that such a big company with stores nation wide has such a bad trustpilot score - but can 100% understand why.

Absolutely shocking. I purchased online. From a broker Offspring ( unbeknown to me this was a thing and it was in fact Office supplying the goods) my bank statement stated Office took the funds. Delivery due in 2-3 days. Nothing.. I then started the painful process of trying to track where my parcel was having not received the despatch notice etc. I was passed to Office. Unable to speak to anyone I used “live chat” was told to hold on whilst they look up my order, waiting online over an hour.. nothing. Went to social media X and got no response. Finally DM via Instagram. They said they couldn’t fulfil my order they had a problem. Again no correspondence. They offered to refund me. Waited. Only to receive an email saying they were refunding me £70 well my order was £129.99 for two pairs.. back to socials to try to get them to confirm they will be refunding the full amount.. no response. I have had to go via my credit card to raise a dispute to try to get my funds returned due to failure to supply goods. I emailed Office a formal complaint which they state will be responded to within 3 days. Also nothing. I wish I had read these reviews first. Don’t bother ordering online, shocking customer service, IF you can get anyone to respond. I will never use again, may chance it in store but avoid online like the plague. It’s nothing but trouble, stress and they are not quick to return your money.

I ordered a pair of shoes online. I filled out my details and my address. This is my first order with them and when I got an email confirmation it had an old address on there......how they'd got this I have know idea?? Tried to contact customer services (which there is no number). Live Chat was useless and emailed them only to be told I will have to wait until Yodel contact me after a failed delivery. Surely it would be easier to sort it out at the warehouse before going out. It's terrible for customer service, operating like they just don't care. Who doesn't have a direct customer service team to talk to in this day and age. won't be ordering from these cowboys again.

I ordered a pair of Dr Marten sandals on the 6th July, my order never arrived. My tracking (Yodel) stated redirected, I contacted the live chat on Friday 18th July(as there is no phone number available) they seemed to be promising & said they can confirm my order was lost & I could either have a replacement or a refund & a confirmation email would follow on Monday & these will be sent through Express delivery for my inconvenience. The email didn't arrive so I contacted live chat again, they said the 18th hadn't been processed yet and they have chased this up for me.
Still nothing so I contacted live chat again on Monday 21st July, they then said I should receive a confirmation email within 24hrs. Guess what...NO EMAIL!! So I contacted live chat again on the 23rd and again i was promised I should receive a confirmation email with a tracking link!!
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from OFFICE! But as they are a company that retails in high streets I didn't give it a second thought! The best thing for this company would be-to stop online purchases and save a lot of people a lot of stress and wasted time of chasing.
As it stands atm I am £108 light (and this has an impact on your mental health)!! Come on OFFICE surely you must see that something you are doing is not right! Please sort it! 🙏
I would just like to add, that just after posting my review I have received 2 emails from OFFICE! One stating they've received my previous order and will be returning a refund and another stating my card will be charged once my order is dispatched. 🤞this will be rectified soon. Good luck everyone!
Never received my order from them
Never received my order from them, spend close to £100 on adidas trainers that never arrived. Yodel are no help and neither are office. Package is now 2 weeks late and customer service has done nothing so I’ve asked yodel to return my order to office instead, which they state they have done but no confirmation of this from office or no refund. Complete waste of money!

Avoid Office UK – Unreliable Retailer and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered Adidas shoes from Office UK and received mismatched shoes — same model, but different shades. Clearly a factory defect. I contacted their support immediately and sent detailed photos.
Their response? “Return the item for a refund.” That’s all they keep saying — no matter how many times you explain the issue.
I currently live outside the UK, so returning the item would cost more than half the product’s value. I told them this, and they didn’t care at all. They offer no help, no flexibility, and no accountability. I even offered to return just the faulty shoe or accept a partial solution — nothing. Just robotic replies from different names.
After reading other reviews, I realized many customers who returned products never got their refunds anyway. So even if I were still in the UK, I wouldn’t trust them to handle returns honestly.
Office UK is not a trustworthy retailer. If something goes wrong with your order — and it very well might — you’ll be on your own. They don’t care where you are, what the issue is, or how loyal a customer you are. They only want your money.
Never again. Stay away.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced — STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
I returned shoes using the courier Yodel and have proof of the return. The package got lost in transit. After contacting customer service, I was assured that a refund had been issued for the shoes, but I never received it. Later, another representative said the refund would be processed, then someone else said there is an ongoing investigation. Overall, this has been going on for over two months, and I have heard nothing and still have not received my money back.
I strongly warn you to stay away from this seller.

I went to my local shoe shop in Isligton’s and I do like a pair of lovely shoes I ask for the shoes to try on the lady come out and give me only one shoe to try I thought well because a lot of people run off with the shoes she is trying no to allow people to take them went I ask if I give her the shoes she give me first can I try the other shoes and she said and refuse to allow me to try the other shoes because company policy? I come out of the shop feeling very upset because I made feel like a criminal I do thinks my face didn’t fit and that is the reason she assumed I can afford the shoes And I was wanted the other shoe to be able to try and. See if fit properly . I have try to complaint on and email and the person no even apologise or try to assure me that this will no happened again ?
