We tried the chair at a friends house and had to get one ourselves. The online rep at Ogawa was very helpful and quick to respond.

I have been hearing about ogawa chairs for a while. Finally decided to take the plunge. Started chatting with Rick. It's a big ticket item, but Rick was extremely professional and helpful in putting my mind at ease. He stayed with us the whole time we were placing the order online. Really can't say enough about the ease of the order experience so far.
Looking forward to our new and, I am sure, wonderful massage chair.

I Spoke with Rick and he was great! He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had.

I had issue and your tech was very patience with me and stay with me until I was back up.

The website said you had black in stock, now I have to wait until March 10-15th before I receive my chair on back order. And that’s after changing the color to bronze because it will be in stock a week earlier. I’m having hand surgery March 2nd and won’t be able to set up my chair or put it together so I’m pretty irritated that it will be setting for 3 months until I can assemble it after my hand heals. Would of been nice having it to relax in while healing but not going to happen.

My experience today was totally awesome. This is my first massage chair. I narrowed my choice to two chairs. I asked for his honest opinion. He was very informative about both chairs.
