Rick is great! Explained everything about the different chairs and I chose The JpMedics Kumo.

Rick took his time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident with the purchase of this chair. This is the very first time I have ever purchased a massage chair without sitting in it. I hope it lives up to my expectations.
