Purchased the Henley breeze and a multi shade . Both products are of exceptional quality, the attention to detail is very impressive. We had next day delivery on both products. Very pleased, and some nice stickers as an added bonus.

Great quality product
Delivery was a little slow, maybe I have become used to next day from Amazon. But the kitchen unit I bought was worth the wait, just amazing quality for the the price.

Thank you for your review! We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your kitchen unit and feel it was worth the wait.
Just to clarify the delivery timescale, your order was placed after our close of business on Friday, so it was dispatched first thing on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday. We appreciate that this may feel a little longer compared with next-day services, but we’re glad your order reached you promptly once dispatched.
Thank you again for choosing OLPRO, and we hope you get plenty of use from your new kitchen unit! 😊

Experience of product ordering, delivery and fitting
Information on status of order from placement to delivery was great and delivery was really fast.
The product feels good quality and although there were no instructions with it my husband and I were able to get it on the caravan quite easily. The strapping means it adjusts to fit well.
As per the video you will need two people and a way of getting the cover up and over the roof. In the video they used poles but a ladder works just fine.
We will let the winter weather in Wales be the judge of the quality of the product.

The pump doesn’t fit Vango air beam…
The pump doesn’t fit Vango air beam which is disappointing for something of this price

Resposta da OLPRO
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the pump wasn’t suitable for your Vango AirBeam system.
Our pumps are designed for use with Boston valves, which are fitted to our OLPRO products. As different manufacturers can use different valve systems, compatibility with other brands isn’t guaranteed. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope we can help with your OLPRO equipment in the future.
2.5x4m awning carpet
Prompt delivery. Awning carpet is ok (only used twice so far) but given large size I would hope for more than just the 4 corner peg grommets. Was pleased with its bag until the first time I re zipped it and one zip pull came off. 2nd time of use the other zip pull came off so bag is totally useless

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with the storage bag. Having both zip pulls come away after only a couple of uses is certainly disappointing, and we’d like the opportunity to put this right for you. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can look into this for you.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the peg points on the carpet. Your comments are really useful and will be passed on to our product team for consideration. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
