The screen covers have been excellent…
The screen covers have been excellent so far. They are a very good fit and the suction cups are easy to apply and remove. When removing it is best to use the edge of a fingernail rather than pulling on the back of the cup.
All in all an exceptional top quality purchase.
Thank you.

Pump without the correct adaptors for camping equipment
I bought the electric pump for my SUP but I was under the understanding that it came with other connectors so it would also be suitable for our air tent and inflatable mattresses. It turns out it doesn't. None of the connectors fitted the air tent or either of the mattresses. It works fine for my SUP though

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear the electric pump works well with your SUP, but we’re sorry to hear the connectors weren’t suitable for your air tent or mattresses.
We understand how disappointing this would be, especially if you expected the pump to be compatible with these products. Please contact our customer service team at sales@olpro.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Best wishes,
The OLPRO Team

Resposta da OLPRO
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty fitting the fabric part of the chair to the frame.
The chair is designed to have a tight fit due to the nature of its construction, although we appreciate that this can make assembly more challenging than expected. We’re pleased that we were able to resolve the matter for you and provide a full refund.
We’re sorry the chair wasn’t the right fit for you, and we appreciate your feedback.

Previously used awning/tent…
We bought a previously used awning/tent to save a little money and keep it from to landfill. It was exactly as described, absolutely nothing wrong with, just a few signs it had been used like scuffed paint were the pole slotted together and dry grass on the bottom. Item arrived quicker than expected, well packed.
