Customer service was very good

Customer service was very good. DR4 was very clear, and the information he gave me was easy for me to understand.
I would have liked paperwork sent to me in the post, but most was sent by email which i find very difficult, but this was not DR4 fault. I also would have liked to be able to speak to someone rather than live chat for existing claim later in the day following conversation with DR4. Again this is not DR4 fault.

Tried to start a Claim with Agent PS3 Onecallclaims

Tried to start a Claim with Agent PS3, she said she would call back in 10 mins ... that was several days ago ...now my portal won't allow uploads ... claim is incomplete and in limbo ... and once a claim is started .. you can't talk to a agent .... VERY POOR for Onecall .. meanwhile my vehicle if off road ... through no fault of my own ... other than using onecall insurance ... absolute disgrace of service from them

After making a non fault claim I have…

After my mum made a non fault claim she found the process difficult because of having to use a portal system rather than being able to speak to someone.
When the portal system failed I tried to help her and we used the web chat and was put through to advisor CB3 (Charlie) who was very helpful and friendly. She’s not yet been able to complete the process but Charlie has helped us to understand what she needs to do next and provided us with the information for it. We left the chat feeling more confident. Thank you CB3!!

I have had to make several calls to One Call Claims in the past month and this lady LH2 was extremely helpful. She took the time to read through my extensive notes and take action on what was outstanding. I came off the call feeling like I had been heard!

A serious lack of communication from…

A serious lack of communication from the garage side
I constantly got shifted from pillar to post
Got told different tales everytime I rang
Empty promises of emails or phone calls
I rang to make an official complaint and have not had a reply
