Km4, Jason and Jessica were all helpful in the dealing of my claim. It is sometimes frustrating but you have to realise they are also dealing with third party insurers, claimants etc. They were as helpful as they could be.
Dangerously inefficient online and phone services ( nice people)
It took six calls whilst stuck on the hard shoulder of the M6 , (a senior woman on her own) yet I never did get put through to the correct department of 'private motor claims' for a minor but shocking prang. Nor did I manage to get the roadside assistance that is stated on my policy. It was only thanks to the most helpful and supportive of police officers that I was able to get home.The underwriters are still trying to get me in touch with the correct department four days later without success so far.....
