Emily was a star. She allowed me to vent a few frustrations i was having with admins for other applications. I explained I’d rang my previous insurer and explained their version(format) of proof of NCB wasn't acceptable, Emily gave me an alternative for them to receive my proif of NCB. She was able to upload it and acknowleged her success and my acceptance in a short space of time? No time to allow me to worry! Why cant all problems be as simple to resolve as this was?

Correct to expect a cancellation charge when canceling a policy which in their paperwork was £55.00 , that itself is extortionate but then another £45.00 broker fee ?
Policy £298. 00 less than 6 old , £42.00 refunded, will not answer emails and online chats refer you to there T and Cs AVOID

Renewal came through £72 more than last year . I've had no claims etc they dropped to to £24 more than last year . But should of gone down not up as I have another year if NCB .all advisor wanted to do was sign me up for a 3 year deal .

Very quick helpful and efficient

A long time between conversations - I was on line with an agent for 90 minutes. They then come me off as I hadn’t communicated for two minutes! After that I agreed and paid the revised fee and then had an email from them saying I had cancelled!! Now I don’t know what to do 😩

The operator was very quick at sorting out the problem and got bottom of problem very professional

Underwriter couldn't quote me as the system was down. After a week I tried again and was told the same. I was told I would need to cancel the policy even though I had 7 months left to run and I would nees to pay a cancellation fee of £55.99. It's not my fault their system is broken but I get punished.
