I wanted to make an amendment to my policy and was told the w
Underwriter couldn't quote me as the system was down. After a week I tried again and was told the same. I was told I would need to cancel the policy even though I had 7 months left to run and I would nees to pay a cancellation fee of £55.99. It's not my fault their system is broken but I get punished.

I got a quotation after I’m putting all the details then I was charged the deposit which was almost almost 3rd of the money. Then three hours later, I was told my Policy was cancelled.!!!!!! I am absolutely disgusted no explanation.

The renewal came through at a higher price so I changed. It proved difficult to cancel. They tried to offer me a reduction form near £100 to nearer £60. They wouldn't accept easily I had already changed. Otherwise, I was with them 3 years, never made a claim and so I am unable to comment fairly on how they would have treated a claim. All emails etc were efficient.

It has taken me nearly an hour to provide a simple password on live chat. A telephone number could have solved this in minutes.

Will only speak via a web chat. Allocated a mid-term adjustment for a previous claim, which was for a windscreen chip? When challenged, they would only accept a certain type of evidence document from previous insurer, despite having emails, which resulted in 3 different calls to my old insurer. Wouldn’t recommend

One Click automatically renews car insurance, you CAN NOT cancel this unless you go through their portal app chat line. Then there are numerous questions to answer before you can talk on line. Why your policy number can not verify who you are, I don’t know. Why you can not switch off the auto renewal button without jumping through hoops, i do not know. Not very One Click at all. When using the on line chat with a Melissa W, I thought she had abandoned the chat as soon as I typed that I did not want to renew. I was offered a lower quote, but I had already had a better offer for car insurance elsewhere.
