The renewal price was £150 dearer than other company quotes. After contacting them they repeatedly lowered the price. Proving they were trying to rip me off with the initial renewal quote.

I had an additional charge came about because of a misunderstanding with my no claims. I used the chat function and Erika (EK2) was very quick with responding to me on how this could be sorted and was able to confirm that I would be refunded. Clear communication and overall customer service - thank you Erika!

The usual process of trying to get car insurance price lower. I'm not sure if I was communicating with a chat bot or human but AS3 was responsive and helpful through our "conversation". Not 5 stars as I didn't like being offered a policy payable monthly that would have worked out more expensive. Eventually agreed upon an annual cost which of course was cheaper than the renewal quote I was originally offered! Why do we have to go through this process every time just to get a fair price?!?

Got reasonable renewal price, courtesy car, upgraded breakdown cover, pleased. V good online portal, nice easy way to log on also. Recommend.

Seems impossible to get the online chat bot to work. I want to cancel the automatic renewal but it's like navigating a minefield. The cancel automatic renewal option does not work. Unable to speak to a human being.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
they'll give you a low quote... get you to pay... and then in a month message you saying "oh there's an error were going to charge you a lot more to correct it"

Then they just try to take the money from your card WITHOUT even explaining why the price has gone up except for saying "there was an error"

Then you need to wait a year for their chat to try to find out what they're on about.

It was very difficult to contact anyone at one click. Getting int o live chat was very difficult. Kept telling me to go onto my account which I did. But when I clicked live chat sent me back again to same place. There needs to be a live chat with out sending you from one place to another. Only way I got to live chat was filling a quote for a policy I already had.
The operator was DB7 Dylon B was very good no complains about him.
I will not be insuring through this company unless they look at communication issues.

Quick customer care and the agent KR2 was efficient and provided a very competitive quote. Will definitey come back.

I wasn’t left in a phone queue, the gentleman I spoke to was clear and very helpful and did not pressure me into buying additional services. All in all a pleasant experience such a change to other services.
