I was a little slow completing my surveys and then the payment was not instant - I assumed it woudl appear in my PayPal account after a few hours. I left it a day then contacted them. The reply was really quick and reassuring and accurate! I now have my survey payments and am very happy to continue with my involvement. Thanks to all concerned - you actually ensured I received my monies BEFORE your deadline - I had just missed this in the joining information - entirely my fault.

I returned from holiday to find my account had been blocked. Within less than 24hrs of me emailing them for help, my account was re-instated with a full explanation for what had happened. Always very helpful :-)

Not "just" a survey site. These are usually fun short surveys that cover a wide variety of topics. If a problem arises, which it does occasionally, the staff are very helpful and ensure the issue is resolved.
So a fun site where you can earn a bob ot two!

I sent an email to onepoll regarding an issue with a survey and i must say Rachel replied immediately and the issue was solved promptly I have been a onepoll member for some years now and they are a great!

I reached the £20 threshold honestly. My payout was instantly rejected, and now they are demanding highly sensitive data (selfie with ID and proof of address) just to get paid. This feels like a tactic to avoid paying out users.

Have been a member for quite a few years and it’s the most reliable poll site I’ve tried. You’re screened out early if unsuitable, unlike other sites where you can spend ages on a poll and be screened out near the end. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, it has been sorted out quickly and courteously.

they kept my £20 and blocked my account after being with them for years. no idea why.

spoke to them and they said im outside the uk so thats why my account was blocked.

im scottish, live in scotland and have never been outside scotland so i think its just a case of they did not want to pay the £20 and made up a excuse

I have been a member for some time. I have not so far claimed any rewards so can't speak to that experience but I fear I will not have earned much because, despite receiving numerous invitations to complete their surveys I am rarely given an opportunity to complete surveys. It makes me feel thoroughly worthless to be honest! I get as far as ticking the boxes to say that I am a retired female of a certain age, divorced, with adult children who are employed, and am immediately informed that my opinion is not required. Maybe once in a blue moon my opinion is sought but on the whole I feel pretty much written-off! 😕

Quality of surveys is great. Also, recently had need of help from one of their customer service assistants regarding a reward payment. They replied really quickly to my email and the help given was excellent quality.
