It was such in easy way to find a holiday that suited us, thanks to Rachel Smith. We told her the bones of what we fancied, and she did the leg work, presenting us with several options to choose from. From then on it was so easy - we made our choice, and Rachel sent links which made payments easy and straightforward. She even printed out our boarding passes for us, and checked in with us while we were on holiday! I highly recommend Rachel Smith and One Travel Club.

Angela Connelly booked my first girls holiday of 10 to Maga. She did an amazing job of finding us good flights and a great hotel. She kept me updated on the run up to holiday with all the correct details and also booked us our own private transfer. She checked us in and kept us in loop with everything. Couldn’t recommend Angela Connelly enough! She was so helpful throughout our whole booking process to Rhodes and took the stress completely off us. Angela also managed to get us a room upgrade to the top floor with a stunning pool view and champagne on arrival as we were celebrating a special occasion.

We asked Rachel Smith for a holiday that combined our silver wedding anniversary along with my husbands 50th..we wanted a child free hotel,4*,swimming pool and a beach near by,sunny weather,a choice of local restaurants,beautiful walks,not to long of a flight and a quick transfer.Well i honestly thought there would be a few wishes I would have to compromise on but I didn’t have too.Rachel ticked every box and gave us the holiday we dreamed of.It was amazing.I honestly couldn’t of wished for more .Rachel even arranged for the hotel to send up a bottle of champagne for our celebrations along with some local cakes.We had great communication with Rachel throughout the whole booking process and beyond .The hotel was stunning and the staff couldn’t do anymore for us,the location was beautiful.This was our 3rd Holiday booking with Rachel and we are already planning our next .She never disappoints ♥️

My experience with this company was great because of Beckie, my son and I wanted a trip together, Beckie came up with some ideas and one was Mexico, hadn't thought about Mexico, but it was amazing, I didn't have the stress of anything, booking, boarding passes, everything was done for me which I was so pleased about, our holiday was amazing, and if I needed to speak to Beckie, which I did at one point for my own fault because im not very technical and needed help with finding something, she was stright on the phone and helped me out asap. Will be going through Beckie for future holidays, absolutely fabulous.

A faultless booking. Katy found us the perfect holiday for our family, taking time to consider our needs, budget and requirements.
She found a couple of options but the first one was the right one straight away.
She made the booking process simple and straightforward, and was kind and attentive throughout the process, making sure we had all of the info we needed to make an informed decision.
