I have booked holidays with Alex before and the level of care is always on point: from making sure i got cake delivered on my birthday to trying her best to get us the best deals and the best rooms at no extra costs. This time we booked a 10 day trip to Turkey via Alex where she offered us loads of tips on how to make the trip ideal without going bankrupt which was very much appreciated. She also was in regular contact with us and checked in to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Will definitely book more holidays with Alex as we already talked about some bigger trips tailored and personalised to us ❤️

I’ve lost count of how many holidays Claire Mann has booked for me now. Every trip has been completely hassle-free, whether it’s been a city break to Palma, a solo escape to Crete, or organising our upcoming group holiday to Ibiza.

What I appreciate most is that Claire makes everything so easy. She searches out the best options, keeps you updated every step of the way, and takes care of all the little details that you’d normally have to worry about.

The Ibiza booking especially could have been stressful with lots of people involved, but Claire managed all the individual payments and kept everything organised, so nobody had to chase anyone or worry about sorting it themselves.

The service is always friendly, professional and personal. It really feels like having someone in your corner making sure you get the best holiday without any of the hard work. I wouldn’t book with anyone else and can’t recommend Claire highly enough! 🌴✈️😊

I had to write a review due to my recent experience ondealing with Angela at One Travel Club.
This was my first holiday abroad with my two boys and I was feeling nervous about booking this myself.
Angela made the full experience seamless and hassle free. She was always at the other end of a phone with my million questions and always responded quickly and was always so helpful, nothing seemed too much hassle.
Not to mention she managed to find me a fabulous hotel and at a much lower cost than any other travel provider.
I will be telling everyone who is booking a holiday to consider Angela as their travel rep and I wont ever book a holiday without her.

Second family holiday booked with one travel club. Booked with Angela Connelly again and she didn’t disappoint. Hotel was fantastic and so was the area. Information was provided by Angela when required and will be booking again with her next time. Seamless booking process and nothing was too much trouble for Angela.

Rachel Smith handled all of our travel arrangements from finding the perfect location and resort to suit young party hungry adults, a middle aged drama queen and a geriatric adrenaline junkie…top service from listening to all of our varying needs to literally hand holding us through the process and checking in for us… was surprised not to see her on the flight handing out mints if I’m honest! Brilliant brilliant job will be returning just need to get back to the daily grind to save the pennies first… thank you Rachel ❤️

I have previously booked with Laura so once again asked her to find a holiday for a family member. She was so patient whilst researching numerous suggestions and we finally settled on an all inclusive package which was a good deal cheaper than a travel agents quote! She has now booked a total of 4 holidays for our family this year alone. I will definitely recommend Laura to family and friends.

I cannot recommend Laura enough, we were a little worried booking through someone independent rather than going to the likes of TUI instore but I can honestly say that has changed and we will only be booking any future holidays through Laura. She has been so professional and accommodating, always there when we wanted to ask a question. All around super star. I have already recommended her to friends and family. Booked my daughter’s first girls holiday abroad and she couldn’t be more helpful. Communication was great and she kept us informed about the whole process throughout. Will def be booking with her again in the future.

We recently returned from our honeymoon in Canada and we couldn't be happier with the service Louise provided. She organised an incredible two-week independent trip from Calgary to Vancouver and took all the stress out of planning.
Every hotel she booked was fantastic and in ideal locations, and we were even lucky enough to receive surprise upgrades along the way. The flights were well planned with great timings and the car hire arrangements made travelling between destinations completely seamless.
Louise communicated everything clearly from start to finish, ensuring we had all the information we needed before and during our trip. She also recommended a variety of activities and excursions, while leaving the final choices up to us so we could tailor the experience to our own preferences.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations and created memories we'll cherish forever. Lyndsay is the best travel agent I’ve ever dealt with and the only one we’ll be using from now on! Our honeymoon ticked every box we asked for and Lyndsay was so quick to reply and even helped sort us out with a dinner reservation in real time when we were told it was full up at the resort!
