Saw an ad for their guitar wall mount. Put one in my cart then changed my mind just before checkout and left it. Now they won't stop hounding me by email and even phonecall to see why I won't buy the product. Ridiculous invasion of privacy. Being phoned to ask why I won't complete the purchase makes me NOT WANT TO BUY THE PRODUCT EVEN MORE

I ordered an present for my husband for Christmas on 28 Nov thinking it was coming from Denmark or at least somewhere in Europe! Instead it has spent the last month travelling back from China, and now the online tracking says it's in Dublin since 14 Dec but still no sign of any delivery date. At this point I have lost all hope of receiving it on time by Christmas day and I won't be buying anything else from your website.

My email exchanges with this company are indecipherable, consisting of overprinted text, though accompanied by beautiful photos of their staff. I’ve asked directly to the company to look at my emails (since they are illegible) but they simply reply would I like to leave a positive review?
I would like this issue resolved as I like the product, but would not want to communicate in this awful way for ongoing purchases. Otherwise, the delivery was very slow, and that’s why I needed to communicate with them. However, they did respond to my email about changing the delivery address, and the item arrived last week in the post.
Perhaps this review will be noticed.

Jeg har købt Standbyme hovedtelefonholder i valnød og Hangwithme væghængt guitarholder i valnød i gave til manden. Det er win win når man som kvinde ønsker at ens hjem stadig har et æstetisk look, og manden ønsker at have musikudstyret synligt.

Både hovedtelefonholderen og guitarstanderen er et virkeligt smukt og klassisk dansk design, som enhver kvinde vil blive glad for at det fremme i hjemmet. Det er både nemt at montere og anvende.

En stor anbefaling herfra både som gave og til én selv som musiker, det komplimenterer musikudstyret og skaber et stilrent look i hjemmet.
