Excellent Customer Service and a Smooth Onboarding Experience!

I’ve had a great experience with this company so far. My sales representative, Jack, was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire onboarding process. What really impressed me was his work ethic and responsiveness. I was still texting him questions around 8:00 PM, and he was prompt in getting back to me. That level of dedication really stood out.

Starting TRT is a big decision, and it’s important to feel informed, comfortable, and confident about the process. Jack took the time to answer my questions and help me understand the next steps, which made getting started that much easier.

Once I completed onboarding and logged into the back-office portal, I was impressed by how convenient and user-friendly everything was. The platform makes it easy to access the information and resources I need.

I was then assigned to Ashley, who has also been fantastic. She has a great work ethic, is extremely informative, and has been very helpful in guiding me through the next steps of my journey.

Overall, I’ve been very impressed with the customer service, communication, and support I’ve received from both Jack and Ashley. If you’re considering TRT, peptides, or other wellness services, I would highly recommend giving this company a look.

I have never felt better as a middle aged woman. Why age gracefully when you can reverse aging with Optimize HP. The whole process is easy and custom to your time availability. I get to speak with a real doctor to review my bloodwork every 3 months where we make changes or continue what we are doing.
